MayaFair Design Hotel

I like the idea of the "fashion hotel" and each room being themed. The interior is super cute, with the bathtub in the room. Staff was very helpful and friendly.

I was surprised to find out there were no windows in the rooms, so the air was a bit heavy inside.

The hotel is located just across the street from a very nice beach and shops. The staff was really nice. We were given the Chanel room, it was spacious with a nice bed, bath, and TV.

The shower pressure and water temperature would vary at times, as if many other people were having showers at the same time. Wi-Fi connection was also not reliable, not ideal if you got work from your room.

All inclusive was not like the other hotels with low quality food, in fact you could get the meals and drinks from four restaurants next to the hotel where their food was amazing!

Walls isolation was not good and it was a bit noisy. Air conditioner was not working properly. And also there was not any safe box in the room. There is not any window in the room therefore there's not real light and fresh air in the room.

The rooms are big , comfortable and spacious, the design is very cool!

The property is well located if you want to stay in the hotel zone. It was comfortable and clean (except for the shower area). Bathtub was great to have. The staff are very nice.

The Shower and bathroom floor weren't very clean, and the drains need clearing as they are blocked. There's quite a lot of light that enters the room from outside at night, so take an eyeshade mask!

There was a bath in the room, which is quite interesting!

I stayed in the "Victoria secret" room and it had pictures of victoria secret models all around the room. Felt a little tacky.

One of the cheapest hotels in the area. Didn`t like it at the beginning, maybe because of my colleagues pressure - my boss was with me and didn't enjoy the room at the beginning. But once you give it a chance, you will find it quite amazing. Beside the good price they offer, the hotel is quite friendly and open, seems very safe and it offers you a sense of freedom I never found anywhere else. The hotel seems like an ex mall that was reconverted in a hotel. It`s very close to the beach area and also very close to the pubs and clubs area in Cancun. I will keep my ratings though I felt so good and usually I could offer a 10 for the whole experience. I believe this is the right question ... maybe the hotel is not that new and not that fancy ...but undoubtedly it offers you a decent price for an amazing experience.

well . I just said it - pretty old things, it was raining when we arrived and water was infiltrating through the roof ... so we got scared a bit ... but then ... we gave it a chance and we weren`t disappointed. Even my boss actually took another night.

Location of hotel near beach and night life. Near super market.

It's loud sometimes if people are partying inside the building. The exchange rate paying with credit card was higher. We decide to pay in cash at last, but we still got charge. Asked for a letter for our bank to clarify the charge on my credit card, but hotel didn't help. Does little things make me lower the rate of this hotel. A simple letter..

It was extremely comfortable, and the room was spacious. This place was extremely interesting because the layout seems like it's inside an old shopping mall, the rooms being the stores inside. Each room has a theme and it's very simple, on the design aspect, a little outdated and tacky....but comfortable! They are connected with a clinic that offers covid test where the nurses come to your room, and that was a huge convenience. The location is good, there are a couple of mini-marts and the shuttle that takes you around is across the street. it was a great location from what I saw. It was a great price.

The corridor (mall atrium) was a bit desolate, like a cleaned abandoned mall. I don't think my friend and I saw anyone come out of any of the other rooms. Regardless, the positives outweigh the negatives and it was a cool experience, probably will stay here again if I am looking for a good deal.
