Grand Fiesta Americana Coral Beach Cancun - All Inclusive

Grand Fiesta Americana Coral Beach is a large property with a huge lobby, two towers, a large, long pool and a long usable beach area. Service is excellent. The food is very good at the restaurants. Drinks were generally excellent.

People reserved chairs at the pool prior to sunrise! Then when they left they didn’t bother to remove their towels making it appear that the chairs were still being used.

LOVED the staff, room was super clean and comfortable, food and drinks were great

The sports bar was more run over by kids. Havana club is lacking. Nothing on the website made it obviously known that you had to make reservations for almost all restaurants, also didn’t see anywhere that two of the restaurants cost extra.

Staff were friendly, cleaning standards in the room were good, lots of activities for kids.

Some of the restaurants lacked identity and authenticity. Appreciate that all-inclusive impacts the standards but simple food like Pasta should be of a higher standard.

The food was great, the staff, the beach, great selection of resturants

the oom was dated, the water pipes made strange noise every time we falshed the WC....The hotel is better for families with children. Less for adaults who looks for peace and quite.

Super friendly staff all over the resort. The resort was very clean. We didn't have to wait for services, unlike so many other resorts.

This is a really nice hotel with a lot of facilities and entertainment. It was our second time visiting. We have been to other hotels in Cancun but this tops them.

Price seems a bit high

My room was upgraded and the food and security was top notch. The hotel staff were amazing, especially Israel who works with the Concierge. The restaurants at the hotel were also good and had variety. The staff made my guests and I feel really comfortable and well taken care off. All in all, this is one of the best hotels that I’ve stayed at in a really long time and I look forward to staying here again soon.

The room service food portions were small.

Our experience in Cancun was truly memorable. We enjoyed our time at the pool area, which featured a unique water bar with stools in the pool, allowing us to cool off while indulging in some refreshing drinks. The food was surprisingly delicious, despite my initial skepticism about all-inclusive dining options.

However, if I had to find a flaw, I would say that the hotel fell slightly short of what I would expect from a "5-star" rating. While it was still a pleasant stay, it didn't quite reach the pinnacle of luxury that would warrant a perfect 10/10 rating. Nevertheless, it was a fantastic trip overall.

Pool bar was great amd I loved that you can order foods from your poolside bed. Kids loved that they had soft icecream at the bar. The beach was right next to the pool which was great. Fiesta americana condesa had a beach a bit away from the pool so we liked this resort better. Food was also good. We didn't try kids club because our kids are older but for younger ones, programs and the facilities looked great. Desert in this resort was awesome. Cheesecakes, icecreams and at the cafe were so good, our kids tried several times a day.

Room door was very heavy. Fiesta americana condesa had a bracelet that also worked as a door key which was really convenient, but here the bracelet was just a wristband.
