Ascot Premium Hotel

Amazing stay!! Me and my boyfriend stayed here for 4 nights and it was perfect. Quick, easy check in with friendly staff. The room was a good size, modern, nice lighting, nice, modern bathroom. It was a perfect location, only a 9-10 minute walk into the centre of Krakow, the square and a 7 minute walk to the big Galeria Krakowska shopping centre and the train station (Krakow Glowny) the breakfast was nice, however there wasn't a huge selection, very nice breakfast room!! It was super quiet at night, didn't hear anyone at all and the walls seemed solid. The cleaner did an amazing job of cleaning the rooms. Overall a perfect stay! We used the ‘Bolt' app for taxis to and from the airport.

My only criticism is that the 'double' bed is 2 single beds pushed together, so they kept coming apart, but apart from that our stay was perfect!!!

The design of the hotel is very nice, the reception staff and the girl at the bar was very helpful. Plenty of choices plus prosecco for breakfast but need to mention that only the buffet is included in the price. Some hot options are available with an extra charge. Central location, between the central train station and a new one. Old town, a fantastic shopping centre and all main attractions are a short distance away.

In all the public areas in the hotel and inside the room were a bit cold. We wanted to warm up the room but we couldn't.

Everything was exactly as described. Loved the hotel so much. The room is a bit small but totally fine as we barely spend a total of 1 waking hour in the room. The beds were very comfortable, and they had a nice thing of having 4 types of pillows for you to choose from, which is amazing!! They have a luggage room in the lobby in case your checkin or checkout is in odd hours. I would def stay here again. 10 min walk from the main square. Lime and bolt scooters just 3 minutes away. Grocery store just around the corner, 1 minute away.. loved my stay. Easy checkin and checkout. Receptionists were all very sweet and spoke good english.

It's not very important but for a 4-star hotel. There was no tissue box in the bedroom.

Was looking for a hotel next to the bus station to be able to easy get from the bus station to the airport at night. The hotel was really good, pretty close to bus and railway station, not far away from the city center, just 15 minutes walk from Wawel and 10 minutes from Market square. Travelled with my mother who had a night plane to the Amsterdam, so we were able to have some rest, go to the city center, have a dinner and some sleep. She liked a lot staying in your hotel! Said that the personal is friendly, beds are comfortable. I personally liked a lot breakfasts :) The only one minus is pretty small size of rooms, but it depends from what you are expecting :)

We stayed here for 5 nights, and from the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with open arms. The staff at the hotel are super professional, helpful and courteous. Tomas was outstanding and helped us out on a number of occasions, nothing was too much trouble for him. Karolina also helped us out with questions that we raised ( her English was perfect ) and she was super polite… both great ambassadors for Ascot premium.The hotel itself, is probably the cleanest and well maintained we’ve had the pleasure of staying in. The location is great, it’s tucked away on a very quite street no more than a quarter of a mile from the city’s town square. We would definitely stay here again when visiting Krakow… Thank you guys, it was an absolute pleasure

There are so many great things to write about this hotel. It is modern and clean from the moment you walk into reception, the staff are lovely, the location is excellent and the rooms are spotless. The breakfast was also fantastic. We booked an airport transfer through the hotel and the driver was wonderful. We will absolutely be staying here again when we return to Krakow!

There is nothing we didn’t like about the hotel, but our room had a slight malfunction with the air con so was incredibly hot. The street noise was also a little bit loud but that isn’t a fault of the hotel.

- The hotel is very well located, close to the center - The rooms are very beautiful, tastefully decorated - The breakfast is not very varied, but it is tasty - The room was ready earlier, so that when we arrived we could check in. We were also welcomed with a bowl for our dog in the room

- The window only folds down, it does not open completely - The parking is a bit far from the hotel (approx. 200m) - There are no robes and slippers

The rooms were nice and tidy. They are small but cozy and all the equipment is new or at least looks like new :) The breakfast was amazing with all the usual. Actually I should say more than usual. Also, if someone wanted something special, it was possible to order ala card. Are you gluten intolerant? Just tell the staff, they are very helpful. We had a good chat with the receptionist as well. He answered all our questions about the city and also gave us a map with recommended places to see based on his experience. Once again, thank you very much for that!

We spent most of our time in the city and didn't spend much time in the hotel. Our experience at the hotel was great so I have nothing to write here :)

The location of the hotel is central, the beds and pillows are comfortable, it is clean and hygienic, the employees are friendly and good, and it is quiet.

Actually, everything was good, the breakfast could have been more diverse. I've also stayed in lower-star hotels, but there was much more variety. There were no cotton buds, cotton pads or slippers in the room. The room was a little cool, actually ideal, but since we were used to a warmer environment, it felt a little inadequate.

The Staff were very accommodating and pleasant. The Hotel was very clean--the floors of the lobby, immaculate! The location was absolutely phenomenal! The Air conditioner worked very well! The water pressure in the shower was pretty great.

The choices of food on the menu. Preparing my eggs, as well as the omelet as I wanted them. No extra charge for ordering eggs from the grill because the eggs offered are not cooked to one's satisfaction. Towels and Robes should be bigger.
