Campanile Cracovie / Krakow

The hotel was is a superb location. Approx 5 min walk from the square in Old Town overlooking green space. The rooms, breakfast area and reception was a good size. The whole property was very clean. The staff were helpful, knowledgeable, friendly and spoke very good English.

There was only one thing that disappointed us … we booked a twin room as part of our stay. We were given a double with a ‘put me up’ bed along side. This meant that one of us was not in as much comfort as the others in our group. I would ensure in future that twin means that both guests receive the same standard of bed.

Very good breakfast. Excellent location by the Planty gardens and ideal for accessing Krakow Old Town.

General heat on corridor and in room. Air conditioning inadequate but fortunately there was a good opening window. Minimal lighting in room.

The location was perfect! Just next to the Planty Park which was amazing and also at the borders of the old town. 5 minutes walk to the central medieval square. 10 minutes walk through the Planty Park to the central train station and the magnificent Galerie Krakow mall. The receptionists where very helpful and satisfied all our wishes. At the street where the hotel was placed there were several coffee shops where you could sit an have a beer and something to eat. Everything was amazing! The room was very spacy, clean and with very comfortable beds.

Very good location in quiet area opposite the park. Close to the main square - less than 10 mins walk. Railway station and bus station ten mins walk away. A choice of restaurants nearby Our room was a good size and comfortable. On arrival we were left two bottles of mineral water. There was also a kettle. The breakfast was very good - plenty of choice of hot and cold items including fruit, cold meats and cheese, croissants, yogurts etc. The staff were friendly and helpful

A frig in the room would have been good for storing milk. More than one towel each

The location was fantastic, right round the corner off the main square but still quiet enough so we could have the window open in the night. Great location for the excursion pick up points, overall i don't think we could of picked anywhere better for a great price

If I had to pick something it would of been the breakfast, only as I assumed it would of been a cooked breakfast as it was quite expensive but its was just continental and wasn't alot on offer

location was excellent approx 5min walk to the main square which over the Easter weekend was packed with street food vendors , breakfast was good but please do not expect a fry as it is generally a continental spread with a lot to choose from , room was plain and simple clean and tidy with tea & coffee facility's a TV iron and phone etc, everything you would need and want....staff at the hotel went the extra mile and made our stay very enjoyable :)

Great quiet location, with very good breakfast options. Rooms was clean and there is an awareness for conservation of energy and recycling bins on every floor.

Laundry service at the hotel should specify the prices per item. We gave our T-shirts, about 6 of them, and 5-6 pieces of underwear/socks to be laundered and the bill came to 290PLN!!, This was insanely expensive, just about the same price as a night stay at the hotel. There should be a distinction between a T-shirt and a buttoned shirt.

The location was excellent, close to bars and nice restaurants. Five minute walk to the main square. Nice little park just outside the front door for early morning walks.

The restaurant closed at 6, so did the bar. Guests keep coming up and asking for service only to be turned away even though two staff were just sitting there, not seeming to be doing much. Missed opportunity to earn more money.

I wanted to rate the hotel 'Excellent' but feel it is let down by its location when it comes to parking. Yes it has it's own car park but trying to find the hotel in the dark and when visitors are filling the streets, it is extremely difficult. My sat nav was going berserk. Colleague located using Google maps and image view but still difficult given the circumstances. It IS a good hotel and I feel bad not giving it full marks but .........

Location but see my 'what I liked'. Potentially nothing not to like if on foot or taxi.

Great location, less than 10 minute walk from main train station. Very close to everything you need in the city. Arrived late morning and my room was ready, which was a huge bonus. Breakfast was decent. No complaints. Only observations were that room was very hot, even with air con on full and shower pressure was very weak. Nice place to stay.

Air con could of been cooler and shower could of been stronger.
