Garamond a Tribute Portfolio Hotel

The location, the quietness, cleanliness, ambiance and the quality of the items provided in the toilet (soap, shampoo, conditioner, etc) along with the type of hair drier and iron.

The cleaning service did not meet my expectation. I left my room before 9am in the morning with the "Clean my room sign" on the door knob, but no one came till the afternoon when I came back and found the room not clean (I informed the reception and then they sent someone to clean the room). The used coffee cup and glass was not cleaned, the floors were not cleaned, the used towels were not replaced with a new one and the bed was the only thing cleaned and water bottle replaced.

A unique place - location in the heart of the Old Town, right by the Market Square and the Planty. The restaurant is probably the biggest positive surprise, I'm not a fan of soups and I could eat broths endlessly. The rooms have a great design, are functional, cosy and quiet, and the beds are extremely comfortable. The hotel staff are also very helpful and know the history of the building, which is very interesting. And the breakfasts - something I think I've encountered for the first time - are very varied, with both buffet and hot dishes prepared directly by the chefs to order. Definitely recommended!

The location is perfect to whom would like to visit the old city, close to the railway station. The staff there very friendly and cooperative, they want to do their best for the guest comfort. The food was very good and delicious, room design is spectacular. definitely I would come back to this Hotel in my next visit to Krakow .

Not much, only lack of swimming in pool and Gym. which is not that important to whom would like to visit Krakow.

Hotel staff were courteous and helpful. Choices at breakfast were extensive. Excellent choice of hot food and a cold buffet which looked amazing every morning. A lot of work had gone into the presentation. Excellent bar staff who were very friendly and made us feel so welcome. Cleanliness was excellent. Arranged taxis for whenever we wanted them. Thankyou Garramond for making our holiday so special and all of the excellent customer service privided. Would highly recommend this hotel

Really great location and amazing staff. I saw that some people complained about the AC but it worked perfectly fine for me. The bed is extremely comfortable and the bathroom has amazing light for doing your makeup.

It was extremely hot so wish there was a pool or hot tub but that’s really not needed as I could have just chosen another hotel with a pool.

the decor was amazing in the hotel, it felt very expensive! The location is also perfect. Only a 10 minute walk from the station and you are in the old town.

The room we stayed in was very hot, we couldn’t turn the heating down. It didn’t matter so much as it was very cold outside.

Location was excellent, very near to central Square. Hotel was very clean with a nice decoration. Breakfast was very good!

I asked for decaf coffee and they didn't have. I expected they had slippers in the room but didn't.

Luxury with a hint of tradition in the very centre of Kraków's old town. Highly recommend this hotel, location is brilliant, all facilities are great and we loved that the design is telling the story of the past of this building.

The property is brand new, everything was clean, fresh and nice. Location is great, right in old city. Rooms are very pretty and designed with taste. Beds are comfortable and pleasure to sleep in.

Amazing staff, very helpful, delicious food in the hotel restaurant for breakfast and dinner. Great location any hotel style. Hotel is new and has a great style. Beds were comfortable and rooms were super clear.
