Great staff, location, and atmosphere. I'd stay here again. It was a great spot for a couples getaway with easy Uber rides all around San Juan.
There were a few odd design issues our room. The "closet" bar was too low to hang dresses and the shower curtain was too short leaving a pool of water on the floor.

Fantastic! Everything we needed for our visit with my 89 year old dad was there or nearby!
The staff was friendly and attentive 🥰 we loved the extra vouchers for drinks and food! The pool area is beautiful! The T-Mobile area is great

The place was extremely clean and the aesthetic of the hotel was such a vibe. All the decor was super up to date and nice. There is lots to do in the area which is cool for children as well. The staff was super welcoming and personable. Stephany checked us in and out and another female advised us on the shuttle that took us to Old San Juan. The check in process was easy and not hassling at all. we extended our stay with out a problem.
We would’ve like for there to be maybe vending machines or an over night concession stand. The breakfast selection was minimum. The hotel didn’t have an iron, only a steamer that didn’t work. We would’ve like for there be be an iron.

Staff was really friendly and helpful, even the cleaning ladies, the design is AMAZING. I wasn't up for a loud party but the fact that it is close to so much entertainment and food is a major plus. I'll know to go back there when I'm up for it.
Room 517 and (I'm guessing) any room on that side is exposed to that T-Mobile district which has some loud events. Trying to sleep at 11:30 on Friday or nap at 4:30 PM On Sunday was impossible. I had to change rooms. Room 512 had a few hairs around the room, the floor and bathroom that weren't mine. Also thought I had signed up for continental in my booking, was surprised to learn that wasn't the case when I got there. I met other guests that had this same experience.

The property was beautiful. Staff super helpful and friendly. Everything was very clean and well organized.
The room next to started singing very loud at 1:30 am. Despite efforts of staff to stop them they continued. The staff finally moved us to another room at our request.

The hotel was beautiful and the rooms were huge and spacious and comfortable the beds were amazing very colorful which I love this location was excellent cuz it was close to everything that I was looking for the time that I was out there
I was supposed to get free breakfast every time we went down there we had to pay for the breakfast they said that they didn't have Continental but when I purchase the room it was with Continental so there was no free breakfast and they charged me the Continental extra and you guys should have a list of any food restaurants around the area who delivers it was so hard to find a place when you're not from there.. there was no menus in the room nothing to let us know what are the best places to eat and go to...

Location was great and next to restaurants. It felt central to everything we did. Loved the complimentary bottled water as well. Courteous and nice staff was an added plus!
I did not like that housekeeping took forever to finally clean our room. We kept requesting housekeeping but didn't get them till day 3. There was also lack of communication on the end of the hotel about this delay. Also, sunglasses went missing after housekeeping came through. Hotel was diligent in filing a report but nothing came of it.

Great staff, very clean and close to the major attractions. There was a shuttle that transports guest to Old San Juan.
They went back and forth about early check in and we had to sit at the airport for 7 hours before we could check in. They advertise free continental breakfast but it wasn’t free, it was for sale

the linen because once you are coming from the beach with a sunburn you can feel is little bit rough but was perfect
