I LOVED the hotel restaurant -- it was excellent, and the food was delicious. I liked the on-site hotel parking. I liked the convenience to the metro I liked the neighborhood

I didn't like my bed - it felt "broken. " The "bed" was two twin beds mashed together, so when you look at them, I am referring to the bed on the right (closest to the closet). It shakes slightly when you first lay on it like it's missing a screw. The comfort of the bed was good, the pillows were soft, and the comforter was warm (sometimes too warm - I got hot at night). One final thing I noticed twice during my stay was a noise coming from the bathroom or the hallway that sounded like an alarm. It would buzz/chirp for 10-15 seconds and then die. I mention it because it happened twice at approx 0200 in the morning.

A practical hotel, perfectly clean, everything in immaculate condition. Very comfortable beds and a spacious bathroom. A very high standard for a hotel of this category. And it is easy to get there even without a car: 100 meters from the train stop.

Sound insulation could be better; it is almost surprising, in such a new building, that from the room you can clearly hear what is happening in the corridor and even carry the sound of the voice from one floor to another. Anyway, the place is quiet and this is not a problem. The lighting in the room could be more suggestive.

Free upper parking if slots are available. If not, you can find a huge parking spot nearby. Clean and comfortable room. Would like to have more comfortable pillow but this is my personal preference. Pretty good breakfast with all I need to start my morning. Pets are allowed and this is great! Of course you need to pay for them but for me it was not a problem.

The beds and breakfast were excellent. The free parking on-premise is very handy and if it is complete you can park on a paid parking for a small extra. Reception 24/7 and very responsive to queries. Being close to the Renfe Cercanias and bus is a plus since you can get by public transport quickly to most places in Madrid.

Very dog friendly and the staff were helpful. I will certainly consider staying there again. I wouldn't normally choose to stay in an urbanised area because I prefer country location for dog walks

Nothing that I didn't like but I generally prefer a rural location but I couldn't fault the location because it was a nice place to be and easy walking

Perfectly clean, comfortably furnished and well lightened, very good bath and shower, little kettle and coffe/tee bags as unexpected cherry :)

Spanish people may be expect the entrance behind car barrier, but for us, tired from journey, hard to find. Generally, got an expression, that as for information, the place was meant for spanish people 😎

The reception staff where very welcoming on arrival and throughout our stay. The bar staff and restaurant staff where very helpful and pleasent. The room was bigger than we expected, comfortable and kept clean throughout our stay. Ideal location as it was 5 minutes from a bus stop and train station.

Having a pool would benefit the stay.

It was comfortable, clean with good facilities and dogs are welcome

The shower was situated inside the bath making it hazardous for the elderly to get in and out of the shower. A non slip mat in the bath would have helped

Location was perfect, free but not guaranteed car parking, excellent plaza at back of hotel with great bar’s & restaurants Train station 500 yards from hotel 1/2hr to Madrid

Convenient for the station. Clean and comfortable and reasonably priced.

Finding the entrance! we had a long journey and walked right around the hotel to find the front door. Probably down to our lack of observation.
