The room was very nice and clean. The room was cleaned every day. Bed, mattresses and pillows are very comfortable. We liked breakfast - excellent coffee (the best in Alcala) with croissant, toasted bred and butter with marmalade, fresh fruit and yogurt.
Remote control of TV was out of order, Room telephone did not work, as well. There was some problems with Wi-Fi in our room, but at first floor in the lobby it works perfect.

The staff is amazing, and the room is big, comfortable, and modern (no difference from prestigious chains such as NH or Accor). I didn't use but they have parking.
The restaurant at the hotel doesn't have many options and the quality is average.

staff were excellent, the room was comfortable and it was great to have the balcony area too. Easy to walk into town and good to have parking on site.
The only issues we had were not the hotels fault so no complaints at all.

Great location for the old town - only a 10 minute walk. It was everything we needed for a one night stopover on our way north. We would certainly use the hotel again when travelling to or from Bilbao.

The receptionist was really professional, warm and helpful. The room is very clean and spacious. Bed is so comfy!
