great location clean room perfect view on the roof top delicious breakfast helpful , welcoming, friendly staff comfortable beds and pillows

-nothing to be honest everything was perfect but because the hotel is in the main street , although the window is sound proof , you can still the noise from the street a little bit , it is a live area so don’t expect to hear NOTHING at night

The design was modern and the hotel was clean, beautiful and the staff was very helpful. Breakfast was very good and the restaurant on the rooftop was Ann added bonus.

My only complaints a were minor. First, the rooms are too dark. They need to add more lights into the room. Second, the audio from a television, not ours, was running nonstop in the bathroom. Even at 6 am I heard the audio from what sounded like a Spanish version of some game show. We were there only for one. Over and had an early morning flight so I didn’t have a chance to run it by the front desk. Other than these small complaints, the hotel was great.

Our top floor junior suite was amazing, we had 2 balconies with a view of Gran Via street. Worth every penny. The room is very clean, bed very comfortable, big bathroom has very upscale decor w/2 sinks and wonderful shower heads. The staff was extremely helpful. The location couldn't be better - close to many restaurants, shopping, theater (we saw The Lion King!) Metro, hop-off & on bus, Starbucks and near 2 plazas (Plaza Mayor & Playa Del Sol). We loved everything about this hotel!

Nothing could've been better - we absolutely loved this hotel.

It was one of the greatest choices I have been to during my Spain trip. Clean, smells heavenly & the staff is incredibly helpful & friendly. I was pleased with my stay except that the pricing changed magically. For instance I have made a reservation for jun 1st as early as a week in advance without payment at the time -it was done with the help of one of their friendly receptionists-. but it was charged later with much higher range than my prepaid reservations! as the price changed due to availability purposes whilst I reserved my room in a time that doesn't compete with availability. I should have been more careful but that was that.

The location is unbelievable, we walked to all places of interest in under 15 minutes. Rooftop bar was excellent. Staff really accommodating to my partner who was working from her laptop. Get a passion fruit mohito if you hit the roof top bar. Bath room really spacious, bedroom could have been bigger but really good value for money and clean. Bed wasn’t the best but can’t win them all. Highly recommend this place.

Another elevator or lift would help traffic.

Good location and nice rooms. Good noise insulation; my room was at the street side and I did nor have any issues with street noise. Friendly staff and the plate with freshly cut fruit in my room was a warm welcome.

The entrance on the ground floor might put you off a little bit, but this is compensated by the client area on the 8th floor. Breakfast is on a covered terrace, very nice. However, I am not a big fan of breakfast a la carte; I really prefer a buffet where I can pick and choose in the order I like.

Location is excellent. Walkable and near to tourist destinations, restaurants and shopping. Conveniently located steps from train station. Breakfast is superb. The restaurant has unbeatable views. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Everyone in the hotel is helpful and caring, every single person we dealt with was extremely nice and accommodating.

It is noisy, but it has nothing to do with the hotel. It is located in a very busy street, which makes it convenient for many other reasons. So the noise just comes with the location.

Located in the most central part of Madrid where you can watch Gran Via. Breakfast is oustanding and the rooms are quiet and suitable for a good night sleep. Shame I don't remember all the names as I did find various members of staff who went above and beyond such as Alvaro in reception .

They don't have a gym but the Retiro park is only a few mins jog from the hotel

Central location and close to a metro station. Very helpful and peasant staff. Good breakfast. Rooms are clean and fairly quiet considering that the hotel is located on a major street. Would stay here again!

An ironing board is available in the room but you have to request staff to bring an iron when you need one. Each room should be stocked with its own iron.

One slight bugbear - water temperature when showering was warm but didnt get any hotter . This is certainly not a dealbreaker
