Rooms are as shown in the pictures, just be warned when the hotels says balcony, they mean a bar across the window. We had to pay for the terrace room as this is the only room with outside space but it was beautiful and perfect for dining and sunbathing.

I feel the hotel hides the fact rooms don’t have a balcony and when you approach the staff, they ask you to show where in the pictures it has a balcony even though it’s stated in the booking. They’re very clever at closing the curtains in the pics with no balconies.

Hotel staff were very helpful and accomodating. Room was comfortable and cleaned daily. The breakfast in the morning was good value and had an excellent variety of food available. The location of the hotel was excellent, we were very close to a main subway line and within walking distance of many tourist attractions.

The price of the accomodation was perhaps a little expensive. That being said, most hotels have incresed their price so I don't belive that this hotel is an outlier in this regard. It was loud on the street outside the hotel due to the proximity of a nightclub but this is a minor complaint.

The location is ideal. We were at the center of all the hot spots in Madrid. The staff was warm and welcoming. Thanks, Eurostars!

The only thing I didn’t like is the night club next to the hotel. These kids partied in the club and out in the street till 6 am.

We had a terrace room and it was lovely. Very large with sun catching terrace. Loved the huge bed and great toiletries

Lack of bar or tea and coffee facilities Booking.com said the room had tea coffee making facilities but nothing. We asked and room service brought a kettle. No mugs or coffee etc to make. Very pointless. We asked for coffee and had to pay for terrible weak drink.

The location of the hotel was fantastic. Close enough to the always busy Sol region but far enough away to be quiet at night. The staff were really friendly and helpful. Although they all spoke English they were patient enough to listen to my attempts at Spanish. The room was clean with a gorgeous balcony for enjoying a morning coffee or late night drink. Breakfast was great with lots of choice.

The wine bar was closed for 3 of our 4 night stay due to holidays. I enjoy sitting with a drink in the evening before going out for the night and maybe a late night nightcap so to have this taken away was disappointing especially as it was not advised beforehand.

Very well located, nice interiors, nice staff. Good breakfast (during pandemic, so little bit unusual, but still good). Good point for excursions, visits, shopping. Lots of nice restaurants in the area. We had a spacious room with balcony - worth it.

Unfortunately we found previous guests stuff in our room - so someone did not clean it carefully. WE had a room with balcony - little shade would be a big plus, as it was impossible to use it because of the extreme sun all day.

Location was excellent, right in the heart of the city and very accessible metro nearby. The breakfast was decent, what you would expect from a 4 star: selection of hot foods (bacon, eggs, tortilla), cold cuts, fruits, cereals, yoghurt, churros, waffles, sweet pastries etc. We didn't book a room with breakfast as I tend not to want it but my husband is an early riser and wakes hungry so he paid for it himself and I thought it was good value (€11pp)

The bathroom was a little dated, air con could have been a bit stronger and the view from our room was particularly grim (vents and roof) but equally we didn't raise any of these issues with the staff.

The location was incredible. Somehow in the capital city of Spain , we were close to literally everywhere and I loved that. The staff are exceptionally kind and nice and super helpful. Also the hotel is the perfect value for the money you are paying.

The property was a little but old and our was missing a few things such as bathroom amenities, a warm duvet and Iron. But as soon you call the reception, they bring you everything that you want so wasn’t the biggest problem.

We were in room 410, deluxe double with terrace, which is spacious and great, but if you like to sleep with the window open or are sensitive to noise better ask for a room on the back of the hotel as people leaving the nightclub next door get very noisy all through the night. The receptionist warned us for this and offered to change us to a room in the back, but that did not have a terrace, and we were not offered a discount if we would change to this cheaper room.

Minibar wasn't working so all drinks lukewarm.

The hotel and room is generally very nice. Really comfortable and personal was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and big. The hotel is also only 6 minutes from Puerto del Sol, so the place is perfekt! You can reach everything on foot.

The only think that we didn't like is that the hole room has only 2 small windows. From the booth side are buildings and we had barely fresh air. After 2 days was a bit stinky in the room. But all in total it was nice.
