Lovely clean and spacious rooms and bathrooms. We purposly booked this hotel due to the rooftop pool. This area was lovely - only a smallish pool but very clean. Very comfortable sunloungers with plenty of umberellas. The guy on the bar was lovely. A really nice place to relax inbetween sightseeing. Breakfast was lovely with plenty of choice of hot and cold food and our favourite bit was the freshly squeezed orange juice each morning

We had booked a double and a twin as a family - the hotel were aware of the children. we expected for the children to be in one room and myself and my husband to have the other. However they were adamant that as the kids were both under 18 they each had to be in with a parent. We had paid for this better hotel as it was my husbands 50th so we were a little disapointed that the rules hadnt been pointed out before we arrived

A very welcoming hotel in a quiet area, over the river and a short walk from the main sites of Murcia. A standard room is perfectly adequate for a three night stay, but we'll perhaps upgrade for our next visit. We didn't use the swimming pool, but it was a very pleasant area for those who would. We very much appreciated the complimentary water in our fridge, on arrival and the cucumber and lemon water, available in the reception area, every afternoon....the wardrobe space and the number of hangers...the private room safe...and the efficient air conditioning. However, our over-riding satisfaction was with the professionalism and friendliness of the staff...and the presentation and variety of the breakfast. As vegetarians, we weren't able to sample everything, but there was plenty there for absolutely every taste and displays were constantly being replenished. Well done to all those involved in the preparation and special commendation to Deana and her colleagues who attended to us through those three mornings and were observant enough to anticipate our requirements from the first morning onward. We look forward to visiting again, whenever we need to re-charge our batteries and enjoy the culture and amenities, in Murcia.

In most 4* hotels, we have appreciated a "pillow menu". Those here are not very comfortable.

The location is very good, just a short walk over the river from the historic center. There are plenty of supermarkets and local restaurants nearby, and close to the railway station. The hotel is clean and modern, but try to get a lower floor, especially in summer as it gets quite hot on the 6th floor where we were staying. Our air con was very weak, but luckily the staff at the hotel gave us a new room. The pool area is also nice to hang out and enjoy the sunshine.

Not a huge issue as it was rectified, but the air con in our 6th floor room was very weak. Had to take 5 showers during the night to cool down as I couldn’t sleep.

We all really loved this hotel. We arrived early and were able to check into our room immediately, 4 hours before the official time, which was so, so helpful! There’s parking just over the road in a side-street and this is very organised and completely secure. 17 euros per night. The rooftop terrace and pool are brilliant and there was always room to sunbath on sunloungers and to cool off in the pool. There’s also a well-equipped gym, free to use. Check out is at 12 but you can continue to use the pool and other facilities and the hotel has luggage storage if you want to leave your bags. The hotel is about a 10 minute walk from the cathedral and the centre of town, and the city is very walkable so you’re close to everything. All in all, a fantastic stay and we’ll definitely go back again next year!

The personal is extremly friendly, available in a number other hotels can only dream of.

The property had a welcoming and cute boutique hotel atmosphere, which was in step with the surrounding town. located on the edge of the old town in a calm area with a few cafe, shops and a nice park near by, and walking distance to the train station. rooftop pool was excellent break from the summer heat and had a small bar serving cold beers. room was clean and spacious with a large en suite. great value for money.

staff were helpful and friendly, however, English was at times a bit limited.

Staff was friendly and helpful upon checking in and for check out. Location is fairly central, about a 10 minute walk across the bridge from center of town. Room was larger than some European hotels, but not large. For two people it was perfect. The breakfast looked great.

Not the hotel, but I hate that all hotels that have breakfast aren't included in every hotel for booking.com for genius level 2+. I find it a bit disingenuous that only a few hotels I've ever stayed at via booking included breakfast with booking.com. I believe that if they serve breakfast it should be provided for booking.com guests who have the level.

Excellent staff, from reception to housekeeping, the pool guy and the ladies at breakfast. Great location. Comfortable room with terrace. Good breakfast. Loved the pool and the pool area.

No coffee machine (Nespresso) in the room….instant coffee is definitely not a great idea. My husband is 187 cm tall and hasn’t had any issues with any of the beds throughout Spain, but found this bed shorter than usual and his feet were hanging out of the bed, so not ideal.

The staff were really friendly and helpful, and the hotel was well maintained and very clean and tidy. The breakfast selection and quality was amazing. It was well located to get anywhere in the city and had onsite pool and gym facilities.

The shower was cold on the evening we arrived (but was working properly again the next morning) and we couldn't use the pool when we arrived as it was full (but we did get a dip the following morning).

Great breakfast (was a very good surprise), friendly and really helpfull staff, cleanest swimming pool ever. Easy to park around even for free.

In Murcia in August temperature was around +40 C, so swimming pool was almost essential for us. But it opens at 12:00 during the week that is not very comfortable, especially on the day of check out (which is at 12:00 as well). Staff was very kind and allow me to go to the swimming pool after check out, but in general will be more logic to swim in the morning and change clothes before leaving the room. Will be great if swimming pool will work since 10:00 at least, as on weekend.
