Although the hotel is not located near the city centre, I found it to be a peaceful and quiet retreat from the hustle and bustle of the city. The hotel have a great location, being situated in the new business district and just a short tram ride away from the city center. The stylish rooms with full air conditioning, private bathroom, mini-bar, and satellite TV make for a comfortable stay.Murcia is a wonderful place in special on Saturday. We will be back

They gave a breakfast bag before I had to depart earlier than expected. The bag was full, good for two people or even for lunch.
Unfortunately, you can not find coffee if you're not having the breakfast, I mean, if you're having the breakfast bag, they call it picnic basket, they do not offer you any hot drinks. A simple machine can be added to this amenity, for tea and breakfast, then they're perfect.

All we wanted was a good night's sleep on a great bed in a silent room. This hotel delivered! Parking was plentiful on the street.
Be aware that there are 2 Sercotels in Murcia. We accidentally went to the the one in town, which is in a gritty location and is run down (at least the lobby).

A taxi ride out but we knew that when we booked, what we didn’t know was that the restaurant and bar were closed for our stay, would have been nice to be informed.

We knew the spa was not open, but we thought the indoor pool was part of the hotel, but it was a municipal one next door. Rooms were too hot , even with the AC off, which was very noisy.
