Big comfortable bed, big room. Perfect reception staff and great location.

Breakfast replenishment was bad. Trays taken away leaving gaps in food items for uo to 5 mins. Opened the hot tray and only a small amount of scrambled egg. Few mins later, egg all taken then bacon and sausage arrives. Then egg was already empty. Later, went looking for a pastry, empty space on the table. Tray had been taken away for replenishment. Surely full trays should come out before taking the nearly empty trays. Made up a very disjointed breakfast experience which I've never seen before. What was on offer was a good selection though

Good location which is close the the Plaza del Flores. This means you are close to lots of good bars and restaurants and lots of the historic areas of Murcia. You are a short walk from most of what you would want to visit in Murcia. Rooms are well equipped and good size for a city centre hotel. Staff are friendly and spoke English well enough that we could be understood. Hotel has two lifts which mean access to floors is much easier. Large bathroom in our room which was bigger than we expected.

No parking at the hotel. The arrangement for paying for parking at the nearby public car park (San Francisco car park) could be a lot clearer as otherwise its very expensive to park at this location. You have to ask at the reception desk for the total number of days you are staying, they give you a ticket for 17 euros a day which you put into the machine with your parking ticket and pays off the parking cost. We were only given a ticket for one day and then ended up paying 36 euros for the day we didn't get a voucher.

Nice clean room, many sockets, wardrobe, hairdryer, comfortable and large bed, bathroom with bidet, clean linen. Excellent location - everything is around. Hotel is well located in the centre of Murcia. Everything is within walking distance. Close to city center and bus station. The friendliness of the staff. Very pleasant and service-minded reception by Oksana at the reception desk. Good breakfast.

Staff was so friendly and engaging in conversation. I've enjoyed recomendation for places and food (even though I've spend a short night there, they've helped me to get what I need post midnight). Breakfast was good enough, simple, but good quality. Room was small, but had everything possibly needed for a traveler. Close to bus station, super easy to find in dark hours, very convenient. Great place to recharge and continue the travel.

The location was very convenient, close to train station, close to city's center. The hotel was very clean and the staff were friendly and professional. The breakfast buffet was lovely with fresh items and nice staff. We had a beautiful view of the church across the street from our room.

The only thing we hated was the location of the hand towel bar in the bathroom. It was installed directly in front of the sink so we had to lean in quite far and very awkwardly to use it, made using the sink an awful experience. The towel bar also had sharp edges that scratched us and we bumped ourselves on it regularly as we maneuvered around the bathroom.

Our room came with a huge balcony where we managed to get the sunset and eat some breakfast on the next day. This was what made our stay extra special :) Location is very central and walking distance to good food and all the sites, some good restaurants even just right opposite the hotel. Can be a little noisy at night, but nothing too bothersome. Reception staff were also very friendly. Thank you for a great stay.

Nothing really important. Room shape was a little weird which made walking spaces a bit narrow, and lifts were a bit small, I guess.

The actual size of the room was quite small, but it had a big bathroom and terrace,the beds were large and comfortable, made up each day,with nice bed linen. The room was on the front of a city view,overlooking Plaza Flores. The breakfast was good and plentiful, continental but with a few warm dishes too.

The bedroom size was a bit tight,although bathroom size was big. We overlooked Plaza Flores,which was nice,so didnt expect it to be quiet, however there is an enormous church with bell tower that chimed often right in front of the terrace,we know theres not a lot can be done about that, but feel we should have been told this in the information before we booked. we may have decided to go elsewhere because of it. Although the breakfast was good,the coffee was terrible, from a machine, but luke warm.

Nice location across from a nice church and a short walk to the city center. Clean new laundromat nearby, which I made use of. Room I got was pretty comfy with a nice view of the church. Excellent value for price paid.

There was a small leak from above the toilet - not sure if it was from condensation or something else, but if I hadn't seen it myself, I would be wondering why the toilet area was all wet. The small refrigerator didn't work too well. Breakfast could have been a little more substantial, but it was in a nice room at least.

The rooms are absolutely spotless and the location is ideal to get into the city. During summer days the air conditioner is a must and it works perfectly. I liked the fact that it had very good phonic isolation, you do not get to hear what the neighbours are saying or when they use the toilette.

I think breakfast is a bit too simple, basic breakfast and it may be improved. There are some rooms without a view. The windows are locked. This is not ok if you want to get some fresh air.

We had booked a room with a terrace - the terrace was amazing! Very large with great views of the city. It’s very central - a minutes’ walk and you’re in the old town. There’s nearby parking too which is discounted by the Hotel. We’d definitely return if we went back to Murcia (which incidentally is a fantastic Spanish place to visit).
