ibis budget Huerta De Murcia

I always wondered how it would be to stay in this hotel and when some friends came to my house to visit, I decided to give them some privacy and book a room in Murcia for the night. I liked the fact that the gentleman at the reception desk was pleasant and informative. I was pleased with the room, thr bathroom quality, the bed was very comfortable and the fact that I can rest peacefully.

If there is something I would adjust , it would be the shower glass. Once you turn the water on, the pressure with which the water comes out, wets the floor... It is a minor thing but it can also cause a fall....

Check in is from 12pm and it was great if u r early. Staff r very friendly. Breakfast was nice and good value. Bed was comfy. We book further nights but we cut short the trip so need to check out few days earlier n they have refunded to the rest to us. It was very flexible for them to do that for us.

The shower entrance has no cover n water was easy to get out of the shower area. Otherwise everything was great.

Lovely guy at reception. Room perfect for my needs, basic but spotless. Bed comfy. Street parking free or option of 5 euro overnight in Aldi carpark right behind hotel. McDonald's close by and close to the motorway if driving a long distance and require an overnight inexpensive pit stop. Breakfast option for under 5 euro( can't comment on it as I didn't have any)... which seems reasonable. Also snacks available and the have a vending machine.

I had to work during our stay. It was great to have spaces available, to sit, concentrate and even take a few calls, without disturbing anyone. The room was as expected. The staff very friendly! There are supermarkets and smaller restaurants around.

We should have checked the location properly before booking (this is our fault), the hotel is quite far from the center (40min walk) and taxies aren't easy to find (it's best to use the local taxi app).

This surprisingly pleasant stop in Murcia on our way north has become our benchmark room we compare other 'budget' rooms against. Very clean, great staff, parking in the basement lot, supermarket next door, and even a laundry facility.

The room and the hotel exceeded our expectations. In our limited interaction in the area, the neighborhood did not seem like much of a destination.

I liked the helpfulness of the staff very much! I forgot my favorite sweater and contacted them a few days later to ask if they had found it. They confirmed and upon request, offered to send it to my home address in Belgium, where it has now arrived. I would especially like to thank Juliana, who went a long way to help me. Great job! I wish all hotel staff were like her!

Everything including how easy it is to park around the hotel. Kudos to the posters encouraging guests to stay active 👍💪🏼.

Not really a big deal but our shower floor was clogged. We managed to remove the stuff blocking the water to drain, on our own. Overall, the room is exceptionally clean and comfy!

The room is very clean, good wifi, comfortable bed, friendly staff

The hotel is located ~30 minutes walk from the center and tourist places. There was no hair dryer in the room. Due to the design of the shower, a lot of water leaked onto the floor. Breakfasts are ok but don't expect hot food, mostly snacks only

It’s usual hotel, not very expensive, perfect place to stay for a night.

If you have car you have to find parking place on the street and this is not easy. There are few restaurants nearby. Breakfast was very poor, no ham, cheese or any kind of salad material

Everything was fine and lovely! Location is not bad, bus and tram stops are quite nearby. The room was perfect, maybe it could be a little bigger. Design, clean, personal - more than good!

It would be nice to have a kettle and cups in the room. But it is for me, I love to have a tea before going to bed )
