Ibis Murcia

The location is perfect with plenty of parking which was a real bonus. Nice outside and also nice walk to the centre of town

There was no tea making facilities in the room.. Also would have liked a fridge and this is especially true in the Summer However I will definately return but would not mind paying extra if there was a fridge there

Fantastic value for money, super clean, with free parking and several options for food nearby. The Zig Zag Centre, just a few minutes down the road also hosts several bars. We were surprised and delighted that the room was serviced both days with clean towels and fresh bedding. We enjoyed a leisurely stroll into the city centre but we were pleased to have the option to catch a tram just minutes from the lobby. Coffee and toast with tomato costs just 3 euro each in the restaurant, or there's an option to have the buffet.

We prefer a kettle in the room but we knew that it would be missing when we booked. Staff were a bit slow to attend.

The hotel was in an excellent location about 2km from the centre of Murcia, Rio Segura etc, also right beside a big Carrefour supermarket and plenty places to eat nearby. Plenty of car parking in and around the hotel. The room was a decent size and layout. Found the bed to be very comfortable and the shower was good too. I paid extra to have breakfast on three mornings, decent choice of things to eat and drink. I would definitely recommend and will use again when I return to Murcia.

Can honestly say there was nothing I disliked about the property.

The hotel is in an excellent location about a 25 minute walk from the centre of the city and the river etc. There is also a tram that runs nearby. Good parking on the streets close by and there’s also a designated car park for the hotel which you can pay for. The rooms are basic but kept immaculately clean every day. The bed was reasonably comfortable and there’s a small bathroom with a decent shower. I enjoyed my stay there.

There was nothing I didn’t like regards the property.

The Location is great 👍. Very close to bus stop and tram station, Aldi, Carrefour Burger king . Quiet and peaceful area. Very helpful and friendly staff especially Mr Antonio and Ms Sophia ( Sophie not sure). Thank you. Hope to visit again soon.

The room was good, the breakfasts were excellent with a good variety and stocked regularly. We thoroughly enjoyed an evening meal on the Saturday. The staff were very friendly and efficient. Everywhere was clean and tidy. It is ideal for the nearby tram stop to visit the city or shopping mall at Nuevo Condominium.

The bathroom lights took a while to come on for some reason. Although seen to while we were out the hairdryer stopped working on the first morning. The large bed also 'sagged' a little in the middle and that was with only one person in.

The hotel was clean, modern and well located for the motorway. Breakfast was a buffet and excellent and the parking was perfect. Murcia city centre is absolutely stunning with wonderful baroque architecture and loads of great bars and restaurants in and around the cathedral square. Murcia is hugely underrated and should be a Must Visit location! Whan you do visit, this hotel is a great choice!

Pet friendly (extra payment applicable). Very comfortable bedroom, excellent location with everything that you need nearby. Breakfast ok but with outside sitting which enabled us to have our pets (2 cocker spaniels) with us instead of having them in the car waiting for us. Lots of grass area in front of the hotel so very convenient for walking the dogs. Friendly staff. Parking available on the public road nearby but you also have a choice of paying for a space in the hotel's underground parking (extra security). We left on the street with no problems (one night).

Breakfast choice good could be a little better but still good.

The room was a fairly standard Ibis room with a modular bathroom. The room was spacious and quiet with a comfortable bed, and 'logical' heating/air conditioning controller. Food was adequate if unexceptional. Location next to a grassy park was very nice, as was the outside sitting/dining area.

The restaurant details in the lift mentioned meals that weren't actually available.

As expected from Ibis, a lovely room, ready for use clean and tidy. The beds are comfy. Reception staff were friendly and welcoming and quick to assist with an additional pillow. The hotel is convenient for parking, access to autoroute, and the tram is at the end of the road. There is also a large supermarket nearby. Breakfast was good with plenty of choice and sufficient for everyone.
