Ani Plaza Hotel

The hotel is a very clean, famous and renovated building located in one of the most beautiful streets of Yerevan. Everything you need, a Cafe to sit or a nice restaurant to eat is just is in your walking distance. Staff are good and supporting. Breakfast is very good, with a lot of delicious choices.

Wifi quality was really bad. We had arranged for a business meeting but no one in the reception was aware of the place. I had a special request for my room, which was approved upon booking but rejected when I reached there.

A very nice Soviet era hotel perfectly located in Yerevan close to the opera house. We arrived quite early but the staff were really helpful and our room was soon ready ahead of schedule. We had a huge room with a nice view of Mount Ararat. Large comfortable bed. A nice lounge area with armchairs, coffee table, desk, fridge and drink making facilities. Plenty of storage space. Decent sized bathroom with a bath (the only real grumble). Breakfast was a huge buffet with plenty of vegan options, really impressive. Ideal hotel for a long weekend or much longer.

We had asked for a room with a bath, which we got. However, (in a very old days Soviet fashion) the bath had no bathplug and the hotel was unable to provide one. After failing to find a shop selling bathplugs (Soviet style ingenuity was required) child's modelling dough in a seal plastic wrap did the job perfectly.

A great hotel with very central location, overlooking the beautiful opera house in 5 min. walk to republic square. They have amazing kind and professional personnel, ready to help in each and every issue. The cleaning service is just perfect, a separate thanks to the cleaning ladies!!! Will definitely come back to this Hotel.

The quality of the people is what I appreciated the most. I'm very grateful to them for accommodating me the moment I arrived from the airport ( in the middle of the night ), for providing me private transportation from and to the airport, for helping me with some phone calls to the museums I visited. The hotel is excellent located, in the city center, close to Aram Khachaturian Concert Hall. The room was very large ( with a very comfortable king-size bed ) and offered a beautiful view over the neighbourhood from the 10th floor. Besides, I was lucky enough to see Ararat from my window one morning. Breakfast was good and offered a large selection of food. I had a wonderful stay in Yerevan!

This Hotel has Spacious rooms with all necessary amenities, delicious breakfasts - especially we liked the bread from their own bakery. The overall design is retro, but authentic and very welcoming, with spacious lobby, restaurants and cafes inside. The pool was very clean and gym had nice options. Thank you guys

The Hotel offers very large room and very cofortable bed..The lobby is spacios and welcoming, breakfast is rich with all typical food from cauciasian......Te view on the city was rally good and the position Excellent..just walking distance from The Cascade and from Republik square

every thing was perfect apart having bad experience with reception lady.

there was a reception lady which when i requested to have a invoice for my company and i told her it is my own company then she start questioning me why i need invoice for my own company if i own the company and it was really not pleasant conversation. problem started when i asked for invoice. i wanted to have invoice one day earlier than check out date so i can fax to company and i fully paid in advanced but their computer would show minus even i paid full amount. I asked receptionist to manually issue me invoice and she was not cooperative at all and i said this is last time i come here. however at end problem resolved,

Very welcoming staff. We were provided an upgraded room which made our 8-night stay much more comfortable. Very good location! easy to walk anywhere, city center, quit street, easy to access by taxi or car. Comfortable beds, everything is clean. Good variety of food for breakfast, incl. vegetables, fruit, berries, drinks, etc.

Pillows were not the most comfortable, would be great if you have a choice of different kinds of pillows. Restaurant (outside of breakfast) is not the best unfortunately. But there is plenty of choice around the hotel.

The service at the hotel was outstanding. Especially Lili and Pavel at the front desk did much to make our stay as pleasant as possible, for example, exchanging the initial assigned room to one more suited for our requirements, recommending restaurants and sights to see in Yerevan, dealing with taxis, storing luggage etc. The room was large, very clean, with comfortable bed, good shower and bath. Very good location. Pool and sauna area. Good lobby bar and coffee shop. Will return to this hotel when next in Yerevan.

The breakfast room was rather loud and crowded. But there were some interesting folks we ran into, like an Argentinian football team. The internet was spotty at times.
