its clean, the breakfast is just ok but the staffs are very helpful, friendly we stayed during the weekend of New year and they even gave us White wine and sweets they were inviting hotel guests to join their celebration, and the location is amazing its near Republic Square.

its not that i dont like but I think they can still improve the breakfast choices, also they need to mention if something is made of chicken, beef or pork as there are guest who dont eat pork for example. but the staffs are really amazing I requested some scrambled eggs that was not on the breakfast table and they cook it as how i like it and its free of charge.

This is an EXCELLENT hotel! It is located at the heart of the city center. It was absolutely clean, the room was modernly furnished, and at a great size, very comfortable. Special thanks to the exceptionally helpful, kind, heartwarming stuff! You made my stay unique. Thank you very very much!

I would suggest to level up the breakfast. I am sure that you can enrich it - like more coffee options, scrambled eggs, omelets etc - so the visitor can find what he/she wants.

The hotel is located just a couple-minute walk from Republic square, with lots of restaurants and grocery stores nearby. The Wi-Fi was one of the best I’ve ever had at a hotel: fast and reliable most of the time. Breakfast served from 7:30 to 11 AM allowed me to plan my day with great flexibility.

The street the hotel is located in seems quiet but isn’t very much so in reality: even with little traffic, you can hear the hum echoing from neighboring streets. Although it was one of the best Wi-Fi experiences, I did have a couple interruptions over my three-night stay.

- Location. Right next to the Republic Square, but in a way that is hidden enough from the noise and crowd. - The interiors are a bit old, but it was tidy and very clean. - Breakfast was good. Not perfect, but it was satisfactory.

- I'm trying to find something, but I can't recall anything that I should inform others that want to stay there.

The communication has always been wonderful through the app and face to face. Very welcoming and polite staff. The location was convenient, close by everything. There are restaurants and coffees near by.

The breakfast needs to be improved, the quality of the products was not good at all. They definitely used first price coffee :((

-The location is very accessible to center of the city 3 to 4 min to downtown. -Staff are very friendly and welcoming -Clean hotel and comfortable matrix -Size of the room was big and nice

The only issue is the bottle of water are free for 1st day only , and then you have to pay, or drink from the tap. But it is ok as it safe to drink it .

The Receptionists were all very professional. The room was kept clean and tidy and the breakfast was exceptionally good.

the only thing I didn’t like it. my bed was queen size the mattresses was 2 attached each other it was little bit uncomfortable , I suggest if it’s 1 mattress for queen size bed it would be amazing

I traveled with mom, it was her 1st time in Yerevan (the 4th for me), so it was important to stay near the main sighnseeings, have a comfortable and worthy hotel, polite and ru-speaking team on the reception. We had great facilities! Mom’s happy ;)

Breakfast can be more various and reach 😋 Not cereals and scrammbled eggs , just boiled

great staff, location and comfortable rooms. Good value for money. The hotel is fairly close to all main sites, bars, cafes and restaurants. Yerevan is fairly small and yandex (taxis) are cheap. Breakfast was decent and start were incredible. Highly recommended. i stayed on 2 separate occasions.
