Nova Hotel Yerevan

I recently stayed at Nova Hotel Armenia, and I was extremely impressed with the quality of service and the helpful behavior of the staff. From the moment I checked in, the staff went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable and enjoyable. They were always ready to assist with any request or question I had. I'd like to wholeheartedly thank Margarita at Nova Hotel Armenia. Her exceptional service, attention to detail, and warm attitude made my stay truly exceptional. She went above and beyond to ensure all my needs were met, and I'm incredibly grateful for her outstanding professionalism.

The people working there are very kind and attentive. The breakfast was really good. The rooms were clean and (almost) comfortable.

Four things that I would advise the hotel to improve: 1) Add a hand shower in the shower cabin. It is really uncomfortable to wash a child or to wash hair without it. 2) Install real blackout curtains, which block the light at 100%. (Otherwise, it is hard to sleep for people coming from a different time zone.) 3) Change the positioning of the shelf above the desk. I've hit my head with it quite badly twice. 4) Transfer from the airport (13 000 AMD) is way too expensive compared to the regular local taxi rates. A fair of 5000 AMD would be rather fair and respectful towards your customers. (To compare, when you take a taxi on demand, the most comfortable one costs not more than 3000 AMD. Charging 4 times more is not really nice and friendly, in my opinion.)

1. I love the breakfast. The option is not too variable, however the taste is very good. And they regularly change the main course. 2. The staffs. They were very friendly and informative to all of my needs. 3. The location. It is near to many tourist attraction and cafes, supermarkets, etc. 4. Kitchen utensils. It was great to have a complete kitchen utensils, such as microwave, stove, refrigerator, pan, plates, spoon, fork, etc.

Probably the view from the room and lack of privacy if you open the window's curtains, because the neighbors can directly see to your room

The location was great, you can walk around the city with nearby restaurants and shops. The staff were really so nice and very accommodating, and the owner too, who drove us himself for a tour. Breakfast was also great. They attended to our requests, even it’s already late night hours. The hotel rooms were comfortable, and got an upgrade too. 💛 My family had a great holiday. 😁

Rooms weren’t sound proof. Well, a little privacy, somewhat esp. for couples, you know. I guess they just needed to add some stuff for acoustic treatment. 😅

Very nice and new hotel with an excellent location in the city center close to everything. Staff is very nice, especially the night reception person Koryun who was very helpful with daytrip ideas in Armenia. The hotel also happened to be 300m away from a travel agency where you could get day-trips to all sorts of destination in Armenia and the proximity of the hotel to the agency/departure point in the morning came very handy as it allowed for more sleep and possibility to enjoy breakfast.

Staff was very polite and hospitable. Breakfast is tasty but menu is pretty simple. Shampoo, gel and hair conditioner were very quality. All the amenities – as described. The hotel is pretty well located - close to the main streets in the city center.

The room seemed overpriced for its quality, plumbing wasn't so good and sometimes leaking. The room is noisy, you can hear how your neighbours take shower. Balcony is poor and empty, so it’s not worth to book the room with balcony expecting morning coffee with a nice view.

Great hotel location within walking distance to the main parts of downtown; Great staff, very welcoming and friendly; Breakfast was ok ( a bit more variety of items is welcomed).

I am 6'5" and the shower head is not that high. Also, there could be a small door to avoid water all over the bathroom. One other item is the air conditioning that goes straight over the bed (if there was a small possibility to turn the air to other direction it would be great)

Very good location within 10 minutes walk to all the main sights and nice cafes. The staff was friendly and sympathetic. The room has everything one needs for a comfortable stay.

Building's architecture has its flaws. It is strange that almost every room has a neighboring one. So basically they're connected with a door and one can hear even the details of a neighbor's moderately volumed conversation. Besides, we could hear the water running down the pipes all the time. In addition, the cafe for breakfast has little space and it was quite crowded.

I liked everything about this hotel: the location is perfect (it is on the side street so the noise from the street does not reach out to the room), the hotel's reception met me with a welcome drink and dried fruits. The room has all amenities one can need and it is not a problem to ask for more if you ran out of something you need. I was leaving earlier, so the reception prepared a take-away breakfast, called me when taxi arrived. I have also got upgrade to a better room with a sofa.
