Comfortable restaraunt, nice location, clean room

My room was not ready in 14:00. I was there about 08:00, and was waiting for check in. I know that check in time is 14:00, but even I asked to at least try to make my check in faster my room was not ready in planned time. Instead of this they for some reasons printed useless laminated welcome-paper with my name. It would be better to give me my room earlier instead of such preparing. They maybe thought that this kind of welcoming is user-oriented, but it's definitely not. Btw it was funny to see personalised welcome-paper near another paper where hotels writing something like "we are caring about environment, we won't wash your towel if you don't put it to special place"

Used the hotel for my connection during the flight. I would have liked to know some Russian from the staff, the girl at the reception desk did not speak very well. The room was comfortable and clean, with a view of Yerevan's main promenade. Also liked the discount they give for dinner at the restaurant on the first floor of the hotel.

Breakfast was very poor, I came when most of the food was already finished. Also a very uncomfortable approach to the hotel, if you have a large suitcase, absolutely uncomfortable to walk up to the entrance, as well as lift your suitcase to the door. The staff did not come out to help even though they saw I had 2 large suitcases and hand luggage.

I had a very good stay at this hotel. The room was exactly as advertised. It was cleaned every day and also very spacious. The bed was a bit hard but surprisingly very comfortable. The location of the hotel was perfect like many others also mention. This was my second time in Armenia, so I wasn't very familiar with good locations within Yerevan, but the hotel was situated in the center of so many great spots which you could easily walk to. The biggest plus was the service of the people in the hotel. I don't speak much Armenian so it really helped that most of the staff knew at least a little bit English. The cleaning ladies really deserve a bonus. They didn't only cleaned my room but even folded my clothes which were sometimes just lying around. I had bought flowers for my wife but just put those on the table and they had put them in a glass of water for me l, without me asking. I really appreciate these small things. The breakfast was fine and also very well serviced by the staff. Really a nice guy who serviced us during breakfast.

My room was on the first floor facing a very crowded road. This created quite some noise which was annoying during the night. We weren't bothered to much, but this could be a problem for people that sleep lightly. I will definitely return to this hotel if I come to Armenia again, but I will book a room on a higher level. That doesn't face the crowded road. I scored my experience a 9/10. This would be a 10/10 if I got a more quiet room, which I will book next time :)

I recently stayed at North Avenue by Stellar Hotels in Yerevan and had a great experience. The room was clean, comfortable and well appointed, the staff were friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel is great, it is in the heart of Yerevan, close to many local restaurants and shops. Overall, it was a pleasant stay and I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Yerevan.

the location was amazing

we had to wait for 2 hours for our rooms to get ready. i lost the suit key card and the staff whom gave me the other key told me that ill get penatly if I don’t find the key!! we had to pay for a twix chocolate at check out although we didn’t had anything from minibar. the breakfast choices were very poor I don’t recommend anyone to reserve with breakfast.

Only words of praise for this hotel. The staff was very helpful, and the cleanliness was impeccably maintained. Every day, I got fresh supplies of everything (I know that is standard, but in other hotels they sometimes forget... to refresh the stack of coffee/tea/sugar/sweetener, for example). The location is very nice too - central and almost in the middle of a shopping avenue.

Due to the architecture, windows cannot be open widely. But the air-conditioning system works very well and makes up for this.

The shower is AMAZING. Only in Italy did I ever have such natural stone walls of the shower, which gives a feeling of being in nature with black marble stone. Bravo Armenia !! The water is so abundant and tasty !! The personnel just perfectly polite and kind with night and day service at the door. Ordering taxis anytime upon request and they accompanied us to the taxi meeting point a few steps from the hotel door. Cannot be better. Nellie from Canada and Switzerland.

Very good and quite hotel to stay. I’d go back to same hotel in my next business trip again. So if you stay in this hotel enjoy it

But I’m not gonna book it from booking.com any more, as booking.com shows you a price and you agree to that price but the actual price is higher

At first, the room was very clean. It was very big. Money=Value++
