Please put bidet in the toilet since most of the people staying in the hotel are tourists coming from other place.

Really good value for money right in the center of Yerevan. I appreciated the cleanliness and very good organization of the hotel. Would certainly come back here. Appreciated the hotel airport transfer service, and received great staff support with delivering the phone I forgot in the room in record time to the airport.

I believe they are adding a scent after cleaning the room each day, which was really bothering me, so I had to vent the room each day. I also used the ironing room (great idea!), but the boards are soooo small, it took me 5 time the time:) Neither of these ruined my experience, of course.

The hotel is located in the heart of the city center. Wonderful location. The room's windows faced the main street, where music often played loudly in the evening, but thanks to good sound insulation, nothing was heard. The room was small, but everything was great. Cleaning was done every day, even towels were changed. The hotel lobby is very beautiful, spacious, there is a place to relax, a bar, and a restaurant. There are many cool places for breakfast/lunch/dinner nearby. I liked everything very much

The hotel’s location is exceptional, easy to get around the city. The room was cozy and super clean with a large and soft bed, every single piece of furniture is new, we enjoyed the quiet neighbourhood as well. The breakfasts were fine, nothing remarkable about them though, just enough to fuel one up before exploring Yerevan!

They charge for a dental kit, plus, bath soaps and toiletry kit are of low quality, the hairdryer is absolutely awful, impossible to dry your hair. The room was a bit smelly ;(

Happy enough that I booked another three nights in the same room, 921. Plugs by the bed, which is quite comfortable. TV has a couple of English channels. Good shower water pressure and gel/shampoo dispenser in shower. Room is a comfortable temperature and is SILENT. Practically don’t hear ANY street noise despite being overlooking buzzy Yerevan. Hotel itself also has excellent soundproofing. Wifi is excellent for a business traveler to use Zoom, email and surf the Web and for personal reasons like uploading photos and social media. People have complained on the room size and yes it’s small, but I’m fine with that. Just don’t pack a lot of stuff! Hotel claims to recycle bottles and cans in lobby but I’m skeptical, as the receptacles are really large trash bags. Also wish there were more consistent recycling for other products like paper and aluminium for such a large hotel chain.

Hallway smelled like stale body odor when I checked in. It’s gone two days later though. Messaging on Booking.com is slow. Also the policy of charging for a half-day check-in after 6AM only makes sense if say, you arrive at 8AM. But what if you arrive at say 2pm (check-in at 3pm). That charge is just insane. Towels a bit threadbare. No top sheet, only a duvet so alternately hot and cold during the night.

The place is nice and comfy. It’s small but we loved the overall design and vibe of the room. The great thing about staying at Ibis is that, it is very accessible to everything. Also, we’re really happy about the breakfast. There’s so much options and the food was delish too.

The room is quite hot. We stay there in late November and the weather is really cold outside. So that’s why the room was really warm. Our work around was to open the window.

The hotel was perfectly located, right in the heart of Yerevan, being a clean, modern and cheap option to explore the city. A special mention to the cleaning ladies, who were super kind and polite!

The front desk staff has a lot to improve. They don't live up to the Armenian hospitality. We had a terrible experience at the reception with almost all of them, specially with Angela, who was particularly rude with us.

the location was superb relative to the plaza of the city. it was on the right spot including restaurants and shopping malls. the room is not that big though we only used it at the end of a day's trip but we have every space we needed in the room. except we experienced two days of the AC didnt work properly and so we opened the window to let the cold air get in. the breakfast is good, healthy and satisfying.

Location is great, a lot of stores, restaurants, cafes. Comfortable lobby to get some work done, have a cup of coffee or a couple of cocktails. comfortable beds.

On our first day we had syrniki (traditional eastern European pancakes made out of farmer’s cheese) for breakfast and they were exceptionally tasty. But the problem is that they were not served on other days. They should be served everyday. :)

Nice hotel in very good location. Rooms are small, but still ok for couple days stay. Beds in room are really comfortable. Breakfast is in restaurant which has nice terrace. I'm staying here for 5th time, so it worth it.

Toiletries are not in separate packs, as there is plastic rack with liquid soap and shampoo placed on the wall in toilet and bath. No robes.
