Paris Hotel Yerevan

Staying in this hotel was a perfect choice. I have previously stayed in Air Bnb's and smaller hotels, but this hotel was really worth it with the location, staff, and amenities. First, everything was clean and I felt my belongings were safe. Second, the staff at all levels were amazing - there was always someone at the front desk at all hours who was helpful in anything we needed. The staff on the top floor restaurant/terrace was also always so professional and kind. When I came at nearly midnight looking for soup for my sister who didn't feel well, the restaurant floor manager was so sweet and had room service deliver a perfect vegetable/chicken soup. Also, the rooftop terrace is BEAUTIFUL. Third, the included buffet breakfast is so delicious. You have choices of traditional Armenian breakfast of yogurt, jams, fresh greens, fresh fruit etc, plus standard things like scrambled eggs, breads, croissant, etc. My digestive system was very happy every morning :) Fourth,, location is perfect on a quiet street that is easily walkable to the center, restaurants, and there is also a pharmacy down the block.

The only complaint I can think of is minor - in the shower it would be helpful to have a bigger shelf to put personal items. Also a tip if you are a light sleeper, on the 12th floor rooms I could hear the music from the terrace some evenings, but it didn't go too late into the night, not an issue for me. Second tip, the hotel's shuttle service to/from the airport is very expensive. Unless you have a big group with a lot of luggage, it's much cheaper to get a regular taxi/car service.

Very good location in the heart of city, near to republic square. Room was clean and stylish. staff was helpful. Breakfast was excellent! and also bed was comfortable as well.

Only one big negative moment is the elevator. You need to wait elevator around 10 minute every time when you want to go up or down.

You have to be very careful with the doors (and not only them). There is a possibility to hurt yourself with metallic elements on them. I severely broke my nail and had to remove it, since those elements are very sharp. The shower has a square form with sharp corners as well, which I find very uncomfortable. I understand it was the designer's idea, but it was also worth thinking about convenience. I would rate the hotel 10/10 if I did not have such an unpleasant experience with the furniture (it even sounds ridiculous, I know).

The breakfast was wonderful. A full array of items to choose from and the display was very well done. loved the choices! The location very close to Republic Square and the many varieties of restaurants was perfect. The only thing is the rooms for the most part don't have much of a view. Just of the building in front. The Rooftop restaurant and breakfast area was fantastic. Great views from there and the decore was very interesting.

Would be nice if they could have a larger lobby but that isn't possbile. It would be nice to sit the there as more of a lounge.

The hotel is in a vibrant and central part of Yerevan, close to very nice restaurants. the area is a bit touristy but enjoyable. The room was spacious snd comfortable. I appreciated the cleanliness of the room very much, it was spotless.The housekeeping did an amazing job keeping everything up to standards. The hotel serves a nice breakfast daily.

I didn’t like the view from my room. I booked a car to take me to the airport and the hotel staff almost had me miss it but to be fair once I alertrd them they quickly solved the problem and my airprot ride was arranged.

Breakfast is very good and rich. Live music was a great pleasure in the morning

Hair dryer, it works for 30 seconds and then it’s off. It’s impossible to dry hair. There is very nice hairstyle salon next door, so you have to make a blow dry there. There’s something wrong with electricity in the room. Bedside lamps are linked with corridor lamp, it’s very inconvenient in night time.

Great staff and services. The hotel is really nice, receptionist helpful, breakfast and restaurant delicious, rooms are clean. The restaurant had something special, beautiful decoration and view, nice music, I enjoyed every minutes spent there. We had a very good stay.

Some services are way too expensive when you book directly with the Hotel, for exemple Airport Shuttle. Also I felt the restaurant a little bit expensive.

excellent, delcious and variable breakfast, helpfullness of some employees at the reception desk, excellent location, spacious and clean rooms, ordering taxis to/from the airport by the receptionist...

a single elevator for a 12-floor hotel, during the day it was often too busy with workers driving up and down, sometimes waiting for over 10 minutes for the elevator at the 10th floor... very poor knowledge of english by some employees at the reception

We loved our stay in Yerevan and Paris Hotel. Diana was so friendly and helpful with great communications. The front desk staff were wonderful. It was nearly impossible to walk into a restaurant for dinner without a reservations. We were so grateful that the front desk helped us with reservations at some wonderful restaurants close by. We would definitely stay here again. Breakfast was fabulous with lots of options and the view of Mount Ararat from the terrace was breathtaking.

Nothing - we liked everything

This hotel is a real gem. The location couldn't be more central, the rooms are big and have good views of the surrounding areas, the breakfast was sumptuous (they even had complimentary tea/coffee and some light snacks in the afternoon)....but the highlight was the staff- always smiling, always ready to help, be it for a slightly early check-in, or surprising us with a blueberry cheesecake once they realised I was there on my birthday. Thank you for taking such good care of us.
