The Oaks Hotel Motel

Absolutely fantastic...I am very fussy and this was amazing loved staying here it was a great chose. Beds were so comfy didn't want to get up....The young man in the Bottle store was amazing he even came and set up my computer so I could get the internet. Would stay again in a heartbeat....Thank you so Much Albion Park.

The Motel was basic but good for what we required for a one night stay. The location was quiet. The beds were comfortable. Car parking was close to our room. We would have preferred a downstairs room as I sometimes have difficulty with stairs. We were advised that some rooms downstairs were waiting for new air conditioners to be installed so we opted for upstairs with the new air conditioning.

As we could not get an early check-in we had a rushed lunch at the Hotel dining room next door. Not too much of a problem though.

Close to everything we needed. Comfortable room. Not flash but exactly what we needed for the weekend. Split system available, but we just opened the window for fresh air. The beds were very comfortable, with extra pillows and blankets if needed.

Upon entering the room it smelt very strongly of bleach. It was great it was cleaned with bleach, obviously with covid still around, but it was not a pleasant smell.

We were very happy with our stay in the family room. Plenty of room for all 6 of us. Very clean throughout and comfy beds. Parking at the door.

A sliding door to block off the entrance to the room would have been lovely for privacy as the main door is glass and see through.

The room was very comfortable, very clean and nicely decorated. It was much better than I expected for a motel attached to a hotel. It punched above its weight. Although I didn't use the kitchenette it was very well appointed with good quality crockery and kitchen appliances. Well done!

Motel was located next to a liquor store, and a pub with a live band. Check-in via the liquor store. Staff was friendly and courteous. I expected motel to be run down, on the contrary was well maintained and clean. Can get noisy with the live band, and band stopped playing not too long past 11, which was a plus. Was given adjacent rooms as there were 4 of us. Plenty of space and comfortable.

Room very clean, and toaster and microwave good extras especially if staying more than one night. The beds very. comfy and pillows good . Could not fault the cleanliness.

As there is a MacDonald’s at the end of the road at the back the only thing you could do to stop the yobos racing along there and making a lot of noise is to put in bigger speed humps. One small thing it would be good to have a small soap in the bathroom to wash hands instead of having to use the bath gel.

very clean, easy quick check in through the bottle shop which was a bonus to buy some wine, kids loved Mcdonalds being right there in the car park, and we loved the Bistro in the Hotel

noisy due to busy traffic Mcdonalds I guess and young people having a car meet and showing off smoking up tyres and revving engines late at night

The rooms were very clean and comfortable, staff were friendly and helpful, central to all parts of Wollongong and surrounds.

The only thing we didn't like was the cars that uses your property to access McDonald's, quite a few lead foots throughout the night, couple of speed humps wouldn't hurt.

Room was very spacious with parking very close. The pub next door did great meals and Maccas fpr breakfast which is located in the car park.

Price was higher than normal because of the air show, I don't like raising prices just because it will be busy. Bathroom very dated and dirty.
