Roomy apartment, well presented, with average quality furnishings. Kitchen a little agricultural, not that it was an issue as we used it sparingly. Lighting generally was really good. The location was distant from the main CBD however we accepted that when we booked. The hotel next door was quite modern and buzzy and ended up as our Go-to eatery the three nights we were there (busy on the Friday...), Parking was competitive near the entrance, however was a breeze once we were told how to access the underground parking; there being plenty of bays.

Friendly and accomodating staff. Quiet, warm rooms. Made good an issue with the garage door, when it failed to open, by reimbursing our Uber fair. Easy access from car to room.

Garage door failed to open, which meant we had to get Ubers into town on our first day. Surprised we had to wait for manager to arrive, when apparently there was a similar issue a few days prior. Also, the room had a very strong smell of cleaning products when we arrived, plus next to the gym, the smell of air freshener was overpowering to the point it made me cough. The beds were also too soft for us.

Cannot fault the cleanliness, facilities and staff!! The reception staff offered us towels and cutlery when they saw us using the pool/outdoor area without us even asking

On one day our cards didn't work on 3 separate occasions. We got them reset twice during the day and then the third time it was 11pm when we got back and the room key didn't work. The after hours manager came out super quickly (within 10 minutes) and resolved it for us so still great customer service.

a full size apartment with underground parking for free. Loved that we had a full kitchen, large bathroom, lounge area, 2 balconies and dining room. we asked to have a sofa bed in the lounge and we’re accommodated with no problem. it was very comfortable and loved the roominess. there was also a swimming pool and even room service available. it was very handy to town too, only about 8 mins drive.

Staff were very friendly. Beds were supremely comfortable. Location was a short walk from the beach. The suite was fully apportioned with a spacious living area and kitchen (which we didn’t use for our one night stay).

The suite was pretty expensive at >500 dollars for one night but that may have been due to the bank holiday weekend. There was a smoking area directly below our balcony which meant that it wasn’t really conducive to sitting outside. For one night this did not matter but for a longer stay might have been annoying.

Friendly helpful staff. Nice clean comfortable apartment. Laundry facilities free with provision of laundry detergent. Close walk to the beach and 1 hr walk to Wollongong harbour along the beach. Resturant behind the hotel. Free car parking. I would revisit.

Minimal provisions in kitchen. I would have liked to see extra crockery and utensils. Salt pepper cooking oil paper towels etc would have been handy as per other venues l have stayed in.

Great value for money and an excellent team looking after you. Parking was a concern with security as we had a 2.4m vehicle. They parked us straight Infront of the hotel

Everything was good. No complaints - maybe a higher carpark but hey we are happy.

Very spacious room and lovely staff. Clean and well appointed. Staff very helpful as I booked three rooms with people arriving at different times.

Shower was very small and shower door didn't seal properly. Location is not great, nowhere nearby in walking distance

central location to what we needed pool was clean staff were friendly kitchen ammenities were excellent for a family for breakfast

aircon didn’t cool bedrooms and no fans in rooms so uncomfortable sleep first night. shower head was wild, difficult to have decent pressure and temp without tearing skin off due to high pressure.

Because of Covid rooms are not cleaned during stay, that is Ok but please I would like to have swept amd cleaned the kitchen floor. Maybe you need to leave cleaning utensils, also bigger garbage bins. I stayed just recently and accepted the conditions but felt I needed to point out the defects. The whole place is looking a little bit run down now. It did not take away from my stay. We were very comfortable.
