All the staff were excellent and friendly. I was particularly impressed with your beautiful gardens. Hotel was immaculate and spacious. I wish I could have spent more time.

We were upgraded to a room with disability bathroom as I use a walking stick. Very impressed by this move. Thank you. But unfortunately there was no hairdryer. Apparently they are kept in the vanity under the sink but this bathroom did not have a vanity under it. I know I could have called the desk for one. Just a small point. Otherwise everything was exceptional. The hotel is spotless and manoeuvrability was very easy. It was a pleasure to stay there. And completely comfortable and spacious. Thank you regards Robyn Davey

it was nice looking

the fact you have to pay to watch a movie on a very small tv screen. I’ve stayed at cheaper places where they had an abundance of movies to watch on much larger tv screen.

Location was fine, food was enjoyed, coffee from the machine was undrinkable.

Had to request cutlery for breakfast and was also charged an additional $30 for breakfast and when I queried the gentleman at the front desk he wasn’t bothered my emails quoted breakfast was included, he refused to reimburse the difference, told me to contact booking.Com. I did and they sorted it out after I provided evidence. Not very impressive service. I paid an extra $50 for an early check in at 11am and arrived at 12:30 after calling the morning to confirm the early check in is still available. When we arrived later than normal check in time, the room was still not available.

Room was spacious, as was bathroom. Bed was comfortable. TV with Foxtel was nice to have too.

The bar was closed for a bridal party on the Saturday afternoon when I checked in, but I felt like the other side of the bar could have been open for guests staying at the hotel. There was enough space and separation to make that a viable option. It was 1pm on a Saturday afternoon, perfect time to have the bar open so people can have a few beers before heading out. Even more perfect when there is a music festival on just down the road and the majority of guests staying at the hotel were going to that event and would have enjoyed a couple of froffs at their hotel before heading out.

I thought all staff were very professional and helpful especially James from reception. Cleaners did a wonderful job. They were very hard-working and thorough. The rooms were a little dated in design, but everything else was excellent. Perfect for a short stay. There is breakfast and dinner in the lovely restaurant downstairs. Food was great. 😊👍

Rooms were a little dated in design layout. Probably would have been better with a small kitchenette instead of a cupboard with a few kitchen items in it. In saying that, there were the basics in that cupboard and the restaurant is downstairs. So you won’t starve. 😅 Loved the huge thick-slice toaster.

We enjoyed the convenience of staying here to break up the freeway driving between the M1 and M31. The regular things you expect from a hotel and helpful staff which makes all the difference. The morning breakfast buffet always such a great way to start the day and one of my favourite things when staying at a hotel. Very nice having coffee pods available as part of the buffet.

The night dining menu would be enhanced even further with some alternative choices, eg different meal options to prior nights. That said, what was available was absolutely delicious and the service 100%.

The room was clean and tidy. Check in/out was hassle free. Duty manager(s) were very helpful and responsive, even before we arrived. The swimming pool was ready for our use. Room clean up was done once more than previously announced, which was a pleasant surprise. The hotel was a lot closer to the Metro station than Google Maps suggested. There was ample on site parking. Excellent value for money.

Rather dated furniture. The swimming pool was reasonably clean, but could have been better. Very limited coffee/milk supplies were provided in the room. They were replenished during clean up time, but a more generous stock baseline would have been appreciated.

The staff is super friendly. I got late for the buffet breakfast the first day after a long night flight and they were wrapping up when I reached the lobby but a very friendly staff member told me not to worry and she will wait and told me to relax and enjoy the breakfast. Room was ready when I checked-in. In room dining delivery times is quick and perfect.

The friendly staff, open spaces, size of room and easy parking. Property was close to Castle Towers Shopping Centre and Castle Hill RSL Club. Most importantly, the hotel and rooms were very clean !

Nothing! Don’t change anything Keep offering the same great value and high quality Seriously - there is nothing to complain about. Booking was super easy and front staff greeted guests each day

Breakfast lovely, room spacious (could include a microwave easily), staff very pleasant and helful.

The glass tops on all surfaces - eg bedside tables and coffee table, need to be more slip resistant. Handles in the bath/shower for getting in and out of it, rubber backed bathmats a must (I slipped twice getting out of the shower, sloppy repair of pavers on steps that led to lower carpark and railing for these stairs in one section slipped when you used it go up the stairs.
