Holiday Inn & Suites - Parramatta Marsden Street, an IHG Hotel

The interior of the hotel has been totally renovated with a modern Italian theme. The staff really go out of their way to make you feel welcome. We arrived at 11am on the day of our stay for a meeting and they let us check in early without any prior request. They also I insisted on providing us with complementary coffees for our meeting.

Centrally located. Attractive decor. Well appointed rooms.

A toaster in the room would have been a good addition to the items provided.

Beautiful hotel, in such a great location. A quick walk to the Westfield and local restaurants. The hotel team were very helpful and happy to answer any questions I had. The room was a good size and with great amenities.

Due to there being tile in the hotel room I would have liked the option of a blanket to add to the bed. I wasn't able to find a blanket in any of the cupboards. But heating worked well and helped with any chill in the room.

Staff were excellent, property is in a good location an the parking is good if you can get a space. It is a reasonably basic setup, but you pay a fair price, and the rooms are nicely appointed, clean and tidy. The hotel is very quiet, from internal and external noise, which means you can get a good night's sleep.

A few more tables at breakfast and slightly wider choice, but overall this is fine.

Purpose of our stay was an early start to Westmead Private Hospital. The hotel was in a good location, clean, easy check in. Unfortunately car park was full had to park 5 minutes away from the hotel which was inconvenient when we had an early start.

G3 ROOM set up and was comfortable. Dinning area was missing and was required. a small round table required during our stay and is reccomeded.

Parking area was bit restricted. Other guest not parking correctly in bay taking 2 spaces hence making it difficult to reverse in or turn out of your bay. Other thing was cupboard for the bar fridge kept hitting foot when opened. .it shoud have been made same size level as other kitchen floor cupboard. Review of this may avoid any serious incidents in future to other guest staying. Overall great stay at Holiday Inn Marsden st....see you soon

Great size room, bathroom and kitchen. Internet strong, quite good functional mini gym. Location good 5-6 mins walk from Parramatta station.

Breakfast very basic compared to other Holiday Inns

A clean comfortable and quiet room just 200metres from Westfield Shopping centre. Next time I will pre-book the limited parking to make sure my vehicle was on-site. Great accomodation with friendly and efficient staff.

Cooked breakfast would have improved the stay even more.

The staff at this hotel were exceptional from the moment we first made contact. They were friendly and accomodating even before we stepped foot in the hotel. Each and every staff member we interacted with were nothing but exceptional. The room and hotel are presented immaculately and you will not be disappointed. Cleanliness is of the highest calibre. The rainfall shower in our bathroom is one of the best we have come across. Overall I would highly recommend staying here & will definitely keep it in mind for the next time we visit Parramatta.

Car park is a little tight however still very usable. Definitely recommend reserving your carpark if you need, as we did as there is only very limited spaces. Breakfast menu is a little limited but I do recommend the toasted granola, very yum! And we had free breakfast in our booking so won't complain.

The location was great, with the shopping centre and Train station within easy walking distance. The hotel is quite and soundproofed.Nice big TV and staff are friendly and helpful and quick to attend to anything you need.

If you are looking for the luxurious hotel effect, this may not be for you. In the first few days, our beds were not made, sheets changed once in 7 days. I had to ask for towels when housekeeping didn't replace. We left a few cups in the sink from breakfast as our washing up liquid had finished, when we returned, we found them still there dirty with a new washing up liquid placed at the side of the sink. Also, the toilet was left dirty for a few days.Generally, housekeeping let the hotel down.
