Panorama Jindabyne

Restaurant and bar onsite with fireplace in a communal lounge area. Was light on for patrons, so was very quiet due to end of season. Short Drive or walk to shops but the accommodation was very self sufficient and the rooms are cosy. Being at the end of town towards the ski fields theres no town traffic to get through. Plenty of onsite parking. A good stay and friendly staff.

If you are on the 1st Floor, there's only stairs to walk up, will be an issue for some, especially with heavy bags.

Excellent breakfast with a lovely room and view over lake. Comfortable beds. Nice staff. Good showers. Quiet location though a bit away from shops and restaurants. They do have their own Thai restaurant on the premises for dinners, but we didn’t eat there.

Price was high ($320/room) but competitive with other venues in the middle of the ski season. (Was half the price of the rooms we rented at Thredbo the previous night).

Location was perfect. Staff were all very accomodating. Facilities were reasonable for the price and location. They have rooms dedicated for the requirements of the guests who go on snow trips. They have a ski equipment room and drying room where you can safely store your stuff while keeping your room dry. Breakfast was great with hot food and cold food options. They also operate breakfast at reasonable hours to accommodate everyone. And the view from the cafe was well worth every dollar.

For the price we paid, we couldn't think of complaining about anything.

Staff were friendly and efficient. The room, although modest in size, had everything we needed. The bathroom was sparkling clean. The continental breakfast was one of the better ones we have eaten over years of travelling, and the view across the lake from our breakfast table was sublime.

The room was quite expensive (given that our view was of a scrubby hill next door), partly I suppose because it was a Friday night and Jindabyne was full of folks riding in or observing a road race on the Saturday. And, sadly, in-house dining and the services of a bar were not available. But these things are perhaps expected at the tail end of COVID restrictions, and the positives certainly outweighed any negatives.

The location was perfect with beautiful views over the lake. Our expectations were low considering we knew the room was set up for group winter bookings but everything we needed was there and sitting upstairs with a bottle of wine before going out for dinner was great. Also, what's not to like when there is a wall mounted bottle opener in the room. Would definitely stay again.

Location was a little out of the way but there were fantastic views of the lake from the lounge/dining area. Breakfast was included and got each day off to a fantastic start. The only staff member was very friendly and helpful - thank you to her for all her hard work.

There was only one staff member for the entire time we were there. She had to work far too hard as the owners were nowhere to be found. She was there from 6:30 in the morning until late at night every day.

Clean and comfortable. Staff let us do a slightly late check out as well. The view from the dining area is amazing and has a pretty good indoor activities area!

Paid $60-80 extra for a premium room that has a mountain view, but had a backyard view instead (granted we didn’t chase up either). And the labels on the shampoo, body wash and hand wash need some work!

Well equiped comfortable rooms providing a great nights sleep and spacious shared relaxation spaces with a fabulous view and cozy fireplaces. Together with the good value breakfast, convenient drying room and location on the Perisher side of town, it provide a great nights relaxation after a days skiing and ensured you were well prepared for the next one

The Panorama at Jindabyne is an awesome place to stay. The view is the best in town and you will not find friendlier staff anywhere. The room was exceptionally clean and very well presented. The bed was super comfortable. I would definitely stay at this location again.

The room TV was a little old but we hardly used it so it wasn't much of a problem.

The location was just nice for travelling and the view was good. Also, the space of the room is good and the comfy area is well done for relaxing.

There could be some slippers in the room as it was so cold when stepping into the bathroom. It will be great if the hot water system could be more stable. The distance between the bed and the table was too close which made it hard to sit it.
