Stayed there for 4d3n and had a really good rest after a whole day of sightseeing! Everything was comfortable. And the staff was nice, we requested a microwave in the room & it was promptly attended. The digital key lock was also a good feature of the room.

Our window blinds were a bit loose & we felt like we needed more privacy so we covered it. And probably block out curtains can help with the zero degree weather outside.

Bed was very comfortable. Easy parking, easy to find. Value for money! Great room size, plenty for the porta cot. All on ground level, no stairs for the luggage unload. Next door to a great little store, worth a look!

Room was very draft prone. Felt like air-conditioning was on when standing near the door. Also our fridge was off on arrival (just a little inconvenient). With a pram is was difficult to cross the road as a pedestrian. It's possible but a fair walk to the lights to cross safely.

I was very satisfied with the room, the bed, and the cleanliness. All the staff was friendly and helpful. The air conditioner was working fine and kept the room at a comfortable temperature. There was a little fridge, jug, and toaster.

The only thing that would have made it more comfortable for me, if there was a little table to eat on, use a computer, etc, with a comfortable chair rather than just the higher bench with stool. But this is just my preference, everything was fine really.

Great value for money. Great location within easy walking distance of the town centre. The room had been recently refreshed with a pleasantly neutral decor. Contactless check-in at this time was certainly appreciated. The bed was surprisingly comfortable and the room was well-ventilated (which I like). I didn't need to use the air-conditioning even though it was a muggy evening.

The bathroom was a little tired and cramped but otherwise clean and functional. Not having a mirror over the sink. Otherwise nothing to complain about.

Owner/manager was very friendly, pleasant and willing to provide assistance at all times. Clean facilities. Plenty of blankets on bed. Comfortable bed. Plenty of hot water. Quiet facility. Close to town facilities as well as railway station.

No ashtrays outside. Unable to get all channel 8 facilities on tv. Noisy airconditioner/heater - as it was so cold during our stay it had to be on at all times.

Location was extremely convenient being a couple of k's from Bowral. Room easily accomodated 3 adults. Parking was safe & secure.

There was a confusing message received by SMS that indicated room was ready when actually it was not. Staff were courteous and understanding. We even had manager call us after our stay to apologise again and to promise they would fix the message auto send that was cause of the misunderstanding.

The room was very clean, the bathroom was cold when the fan was on for a shower, although it was wintery cold when we visited. Dog settled in and was no problem with other guests, couple also with dogs, so no problem at all. Room was very cosy with air conditioning facility.

Just a bit cold in shower room, but it was winter. Maybe a heater fan somewhere there would be bonus! Although it was bit dated, it was adequate. Somewhere to hang towels or a shelf for toiletries would be also helpful.

Room was clean & comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful.

No milk provided for coffee, I had to ask for it. Tiling in bathroom is very dated with missing grout in the shower and handbasin is in the main room, not the bathroom. Gardens could do with some TLC, lots of leaf litter all over the verandah, and potholes in the gravel parking area, nearly turned an ankle when I stepped in it.

Bed and bathroom were clean. Bed was comfortable. Everything worked. I liked the separation of the sink from the rest of the toilet/shower. I had no need for the air conditioning. Due to circumstances I had to book three separate nights to get what I wanted in Mittagong. They kindly noted this and I was in the same room for the whole time.

When I received the final invoice there was a public holiday surcharge which was totally unexpected. This was disappointing as I have never had to pay a surcharge on any other booking anywhere. This has left me with a sour taste. The bathroom was old and needs to be renovated - tiles and toilet cistern I suspect are still the originals.

This was a last minute booking and we were so happy to find this place. The reception was welcoming and the room met our expectations. We would definitely recommend this place.

From a security perspective, my preference would be to use a secure key drop to return keys rather than an external open tray. As things stand, management has no control over the keys between departure and collection.
