Springs Mittagong

We were suprised by the standard of the room and the comfort of the bed, the place was spotless and fresh towels delivered to our room every day. The staff were friendly and very helpful. On our arrival we were given a room upstairs I requested a ground floor room which was no trouble for reception to arrange for us and our week long stay. We will be staying again next year for the week. Close to everything walking distance to the town and five minutes to Bowral.

The place was spacious clean, well designed inside and just really pleasant to be in. Excellent value for money, and the fact that its right next to a Maccas is just made it even more perfect - for the price we paid it really was excellent value - would come again 200% when travelling to Mittagong or Bowral in future

In the car park, there was a loose stone ledge that is at the end of the car space - it was plugged in when we entered but as we left the car space, it rolled off and the two nails that was supposed to be fixing it to the floor scrapped a portion off the bumper of our car :( please if possible do try to remove the stone ledge or fix the stone ledge properly.

Room was big and the quality was worth the money. Central location making it easy to walk to the RSL to have a meal and drink and worse case McDonalds was next door for the late night snack. The staff at reception were lovely and friendly making checking in and out easy. Block out curtains in the room allowing that cheeky sleep in possible plus all the conveniences of a fridge, microwave, coffee machine and bathroom provisions made the stay enjoyable.

Only fault if I was to pick anything, main light switch next to the bed.

This motel is in a very convenient location for the Southern Highlands area, with loads of parking. It was a nice room with comfortable beds, and was really quiet considering we were there on a Saturday and it's quite close to a main road. Breakfast was tricky as it is served in the Mittagong RSL which is a walk from the motel across a large carpark. Room service is available but we didn't book it so I had to trek over there to grab something to bring back to my travel companion who wasn't feeling well. The staff at the RSL were absolutely lovely though and set up a tray of delights for me, which I was able to walk back to the room with and was able to leave all the used crockery in the room. So I say breakfast is tricky but I can't fault the service!

comfortable & spacious! had a smart tv too, lots of good amenities in the room & everything was clean. the few staff we encountered were also very friendly !

when using the bath (that had the spa jets), both nights the water needed to be run for quite a while before being able to put the plug in - as the bath filled up with yellow/orange water after turning the bath tap on for the first time each night. so make sure you let it run/don’t mistake it for discolouring of the tub / the lighting like I almost did 😳

The room and beds were comfortable and very clean. Exactly what we wanted but access proved a little complex.

My problem - I should have asked for extra towels prior to our stay as I was helping and adult with a disability and it takes more than a skimpy floor mat to help them in those bathrooms with the shower door open. Another point - I asked for a ground floor room and got that. However they’re actually not easily accessible if you park close to the room. You either squeeze between the wet foliage and up a step or walk and extra 100 metres to get to the room on a more level surface.

The room was very tidy and pleasant. Nice and quiet area. Easy access to the room. The bed was spacious and very comfortable. I found the room to be very warm, with having a little bit of air con to balance the room to help sleep worked a treat. The access to a fridge, kettle and iron was available. I was impressed with the clean iron, I have travel to many places and the iron has been the one thing that has damage or ruin my clothes. This iron was in great working order and didn't have signs of problems when inspecting before use. Access to other shops like Woolworths and Coles was a walk away or two mins to drive. Eating at the RSL was lovely, just walked over to have breakfast in the morning. I actually liked there was a bin outside the room so we could empty the bin if we had a box or something to throw out. Made it easy to put larger items. Very accommodating when plans had changed and I needed extra bedding. The staff were able to make up the bed for me and put extra towels to help with the situation. Overall I really liked staying at this place for a couple of nights. would love to visit again in the near future.

The lighting in the room was good to control from when you got into bed. I didn't think there was enough lighting when sitting on the lounge. I felt it needed a bed side light or something so I could read, take away the top lights. On the garden bushes in front of my room and car park area, it looked like a animal faeces had been placed there, but in actually fact it could have been wet hair/dust from cleaning of the drains. It looks like it has been thrown over the balcony landed in the garden bushes. So every time I walked past all I could think of is cat faeces. I didn't really want to touch it. I tried shaking the bush to move but it looked like it has been there for some time.

Very friendly staff. Room facilities were excellent, including decent sized fridge, kettle and toaster. Room was clean and spacious and beds were comfortable. Excellent location.

It was pretty noisy at certain times, but that was more because of the other guests being loud returning to their room late at night and guests having loud conversations outside our room at 6am in the morning.

The staff I spoke to for special requests for my booking were very helpful and accommodating. The room was meticulously clean and the beds were so comfortable. We were able to log into our own Netflix account on the TV and enjoy watching our favourite shows with a coffee and the complimentary biscuits. I was then able to organise a late checkout for the Sunday so I could meet friends at breakfast in Berrima while my daughter had a lazy sleep in. I definitely recommend this property - great value for money! Thank you.

Large room with sitting area and a large screen TV. Bathroom was spacious with a larger than normal shower. Water pressure was good with an adjustable shower head. Pod coffee machine was provided as well as a kettle and the usual tea/coffee supplies.

Air conditioner was a little noisy. It was a warm night when we stayed and a ceiling fan would have been better that running the A/C all night.
