Quest at Sydney Olympic Park

Location was perfect for attending a concert. The room was great and had a kitchenette where we could actually cook food. The balcony was great, especially having a screen door to allow for breeze when opened. Had a large TV and the room was very soundproof. Staff were wonderful!

We read the reviews and there were a few about cleanliness and loud air conditioners. We were unlucky and had a room with a noisy air conditioner which sounded like a bubbling kettle. The room itself was clean but did have a little bit of mould in the shower probably because there’s no ventilation in the bathroom and the doona had yellow stains on it. Nothing too sinister, and apart from those small details, it was a great stay!!

Prime location, lovely staff. They also upgraded our room without charge due to a booking mishap. I've stayed before and will again. Very close to both stadiums and showgrounds, perfect for concert, festival goers.

Unfortunately there is limited parking and first in approach meaning we had to use a separate car park. Given the last minute booking and all the events on that weekend we were lucky to secure the last council spot (in P5 i think) which we had to uber to the hotel from the carpark given the distance. Doesn't impact the stay however.

The motel was close to Qudos where we were going for a concert. It was easy to get to. There were 6 of us travelling together and booked a 3 bedroom apartment. The staff member I spoke to the day prior said she would definitely arrange for the beds in each room to be separated so there were 6 single beds as none of us were a couple (just all friends). However, 3 of the 6 guests did not find their bed comfortable. I found my bed comfortable so it may just be that everyone's idea of a 'comfortable bed' is different.

The oven and the freezer compartment of the fridge were not clean.

Excellent location to the stadium and facilities. There is a close convenience store (two doors up) and walking distance to Woolworths and BWS etc. Staff were very friendly and understanding as we were running late. We pre-paid our stay so only took a copy of our credit card. There was no pre-hold or anything required.

Nothing! Just be aware there is no pool. But nothing we would have missed anyway. We didn’t need a park but staff called us 4 days prior to staying in case we needed one. We were also offered water upon checking out.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Location was great for transport and stadium access. Key access was easier to use than some other motels I've used lately. Good kitchen, big shower. The young man we supported thought his room was clean and safe which are two things that really concern him and there weren't any strong perfume smells in your cleaning products.

Not enough towels? but I didn't ask for more though. Took us a while to work out the batteries were in the TV remote the wrong way around.

The location was perfect for attending a concert, Didn't have to stress about public transport to get there just a quick 5 minute stroll. Close to some great shopping centres and markets which was a bonus too. Staff were friendly and paid parking was nice and secure.

I think the beds could do with an upgrade they were a little springy & the verandas could do with a clean. Maybe a book in the room to tell you a bit more about the facilities and what is around the area (cafes, bars, restaurants etc)

We primarily chose the venue for its location- near Qudos arena for a concert. It was absolutely a brilliant pick for that reason and I also pre-secured a car park ahead which meant I didn't have to deal with any stress. On arrival we had a really lovely warm welcome from the two women at reception (I wish I had gotten their names close brackets) who also gave us advice on where to eat. The room itself was really comfortable. The beds were amazing to the point that we slept in later than we expected. There's also a small convenience store located near the entry which was great for a late night snack.

Nothing to complain about other than some street noise from cars zooming by which couldn't really be avoided given the location.

The room definitely needed to be cleaned a little better before we arrived- cupboard fronts and handles had sticky fingerprints from pervious visitors, food in the kitchen grouts, carpet wasn’t vacuumed throughly and mould in the shower. When I used the washing machine it left heaps of lint in my clothes so the filters would need a clean

Everything! The customer service was fantastic it was the going above and beyond for me! Staff were super friendly, polite, always saying hello, seeing how everything was going etc. Location was amazing too! Close to my daughters dance. Close to good eateries and bars. Cafes etc. Mcdonalds lol. Room was a good size. Had everything we needed.

Just that the furnishings were a bit dusty. That's all I can fault 😁

Great location for events. Very clean. Good sound proofing in the rooms. Simple amenities, but enough. Good minibar prices. Was the hottest day of the year and housekeeping staff worked so hard to turn around a full hotel on time. Their hard work was appreciated, and was lovely that the aircon was already on in the room for us

More parking included would be great, though we were able to get parking very close anyway
