A lady employee very wonderful,the food very nice , For mi it's a best hostel for backpacking

We've been in other hostels in Australia and as backpacker you are mostly of the time looking for good price/service balance and I would say this is the best hostel were we've been in terms of price, building, cleaning and staff. Of course there is some issues with the facilities but nothing major, just like appearance but everything was functional and we could see they are doing some works to improve the facilities so that's okay. The price is cheap considering they give you free breakfast like pancakes with many toppings choices, milk (soy and dairy), cereals, yogurt, bread, butter and sometimes even scrambled eggs and also free dinner (very delicious) with vegetarian options which is great!. They also have tea, coffee, soft ice cream and many other things in the kitchen to help yourself at any time!. The shower is great, hot water available and bath supplies for free. The staff is the best of this hostel, they are easygoing people, very kind and always with a smile on their faces, keen to help you when you need something with the best attitude. Melany, Gabriel and Gladelvis are the best!! thank you guys.

Maybe would be nice to have more tables available to have lunch/dinner because was a little bit difficult to find a place where to sit to eat at busy hours.

I’ve stayed in this hostel for almost a month, and what can I say, the location is amazing especially for the price! The lovely ladies that run the hostel are fantastic, they all work so hard to make sure you have a nice stay, and really go above and beyond! Each day they provide not only free breakfast, but free dinner for the entire hostel, which is always very tasty, and definitely makes it a very easy place to meet people.

My experience at this hostel was truly exceptional, largely thanks to the incredible dedication of the manager Glade. The reflection of his hard work was evident in the excellent service provided by the staff. Despite the ongoing remodeling, guests were seen thoroughly enjoying their stay, which speaks volumes about the team's commitment to ensuring a positive experience. The breakfast and dinner provided were delicious, Clean rooms, bathrooms, kitchen showcasing their remarkable effort to maintain high standards despite the renovations. I highly recommend this hostel to anyone looking for a welcoming atmosphere and top-notch service.

Great!! The location is excellent, right in the city close to so many things. Before here I stayed at their other branch in Haymarket which was a relief in my travels. These people are amazing, their teams are some of the most friendly and approachable hostel crew I've seen, and their service is the best for hostels even above its price range. They offer free food every dinner and breakfasts, the facilities are always clean, it is a welcoming place. They were making renovations while I stayed and the crew was very friendly as well. Many languages from EVERY continent were spoken, it was a special place. They are installing capsules which feel much more cozy than regular beds in a room from comparable accommodation. Thoroughly recommend!!!

It was great!

I like the people there , they are very nice and friendly. Kitchen is 24 hours open and very convenient unlike other hostels. Free breakfast and dinner. Accomodation is very neat and clean.... Great location , just 2 minutes to train station and 10 minutes to bondi beach. The room has 4 to 6 beds unlike other hostels having 8 , 10, 16 beds. So you can get very quite and a good night sleep. The price of beds are very affordable and no hidden fees. This is the best hostel in sydney , I can tell you as i have stayed in all the hostels in Sydney. I recommend to anyone looking for peace of mind while staying in hostel.

The Hostel was one of the best Hostel in Australia! They have one of the most conveniences compared to other hostels! They have free ice cream, and a lot of other conveniences! Especially the management and the people who working here are so pleasant and made my whole stay here absolutely amazing!! Especially the rooftop and the people living in this hostel made my stay even more enjoyable on top! During my time here in Sydney i had a broken rip, and i received massive support during my time here! Thank you for everything!!! <3

Great location with very friendly staff. They offer free breakfast that includes cereal and pancakes and a free dinner which was very much like a home cooked meal. Wifi was available and the beds comfortable. Free towel was provided and body wash and shampoo was available. They also had a free icecream machine.

The showers and toilets were in small rooms and in some need of repair however they are doing renovations. The beds did not have curtains but that will change in time.

I really like it, it has everything you need, it’s very good value for money. morning and evening meals are included. The rooftop, you can see the Saturday’s fireworks

the toilets are not in good condition on the third floor, the mirror is broken and the door does not close which can cause privacy problems

It has a great atmosphere. It's very cheap and is tucked away in Kings Cross. It feels like a cool place to stay and has lots of levels.

One thing that would have helped would have been a charger spot near my bunk bed, but I guess i just got an unlucky spot. It's a minor complaint considering how cheap and well located the hostel is.
