Bath towels, sun lotions and cold lemon water were provided • 24 hours indoor swimming pool is a plus after the outdoor pool closed at 6pm for the bar • Spacious room with good size bathroom • Free bottled water provided daily • All staff were very friendly and helpful • Walking distance to many good restaurants

• Bathroom with only two hooks to hang the towels and nowhere to hang the clothes • Lightning of the hallways and bathroom were a bit too dark • Breakfast with good quality foods and coffees but lack variety

Staff were lovely and keen but as a new hotel and in soft opening mode, they are still gaining some confidence and traction. Overall a great weekend and great hotel

Service is pretty good, I said it’s my girlfriend’s birthday when checking in and they gave us a champagne as a surprise with the handwritten birthday card.

The staff were the nicest to us during our whole trip, with special mention to Sophie for her kindness and maximum attention (thank you for the delicious champagne and snacks waiting in the room, with handwritten compliments on the bottle) and Sarah for her help in arranging the airport transfer. Thank you for the magical experience that made us forget that our honeymoon was over.

Too bad we only stayed 1 night in the hotel, we must come back!

Having to leave

The service as soon as you walked in the door. Ordered arrival drinks crackers and nuts at the bar. Small touches that made you feel looked after. Everything looked clean and new with amazing technology with blinds lights etc

There was a smell coming from the left hand side of pool area. Staff were exceptional one of the best hotels nothing was a problem and made you feel at home and all smiles. Except one lady that was meant to book our table at the Wet Deck lied about our booking and was very rude about it. She took my name and told as we had a booking at 630 outside the pool as it gets busy. But when we got there she said there is no booking there never was a booking for you! but you can’t stay here where you are sitting actually never been spoken to like this at a hotel before! The rest of the staff were amazing the entire time at the hotel from the minute we arrived to when we left. No task was too hard and we will be back!!

Staff were all so nice and helpful and provided great service (especially Louise on 29th floor and Almudena on Welcome/Reception). Bars are beautiful as are the rooms. Breakfast was fab!

Small tweaks would make it a 10. Not enough staff given how busy the hotel is. Bathrooms in bedroom and corridors were too dark - hard to do your makeup and floor was slippy when wet. Lights and do not disturb system not very clear and felt too fussy. Bathroom by the 29th floor bar was unisex and not cleaned often enough and many locks on doors were broken. Bar staff on the inside in the day were not as good or as fast as those outside or at night time (felt like a lot of them were new which is understandable as hotel only opened within the last 3months). Big queues at breakfast (it is peak season now).

The spa was a sanctuary of relaxation, offering a wide range of treatments that left me feeling rejuvenated and revitalized. The fitness center was equipped with the latest equipment, and the outdoor pool area was an oasis of tranquility, which also included poolside bar serving refreshing cocktails ;) What truly set the W Hotel apart was the level of service. Every staff member went above and beyond to ensure my stay was memorable. From the warm welcome at check-in to the thoughtful turndown service each evening, the staff's attention to detail was unparalleled. Their recommendations for local attractions and dining were invaluable, making my experience even more enriching. My stay at the W Hotel was an unforgettable journey into a world of luxury and indulgence. It was a perfect blend of comfort, elegance, and exceptional service. This hotel is not just a place to stay; it's a destination that offers an escape into extravagance.

Staff lovely and very helpful, food amazing, room fantastic, facilitates and location great.

The design of the reception area and lack of space means that in "peak times" customers end up blocking the access to the lifts and stairs which is a huge safety issue. More space for towels to hang in the smaller pool area would be great. Having plates cleaned away in the restaurant while other guests are still eating is a no no however this is due to lack of training. It's a new Hotel therefore the few minor hiccups that we experienced are to be expected and my family would not hesitate staying here again.
