The spa did not work, although I specifically chose a hotel with a spa. We went to a nearby hotel.

Great small hotel in an excellent location. 2 minutes walking distance from the Belvedere palace and the tram station that leads to the center, although you can also walk to the center (20 min.). The breakfast was satisfactory. Although the room faced the main road, there was no noise. We had early check-in and late check-out for which we were not charged. A very nice gesture from the hotel. The size of the room was quite good and the beds were very comfortable.

Parking in the hotel garage is quite expensive, but there are much cheaper options a few minutes away. A small criticism of the friendliness of the staff, they seem cold, without a smile, and although they answered all our questions, there was no warm welcome, nor did they ask if everything was okay when leaving. Also, when we arrived in the room, there was a baby cradle instead of an extra bed which we booked, but it was resolved immediately.

An excellent option overall. The room was larger than any other rooms I have seen in Europe. Check in staff (forgot his name - I think Mr. Amarpreet) at 2 am was extremely courteous. He even gave us complimentary fruits as every restaurant was closed at that time. The location is perfect. Just outside the city center at a quite, but main street. Metro station for airport transfer is less than 5 mins walk. Also station for hop on hop off bus is less than 5 mins walk. We did not take breakfast as decent coffee shops are nearby and may be cheaper.

As everyone else mentioned, the showers have no privacy. An in-house 24 hr coffee shop option could be considered for guests arriving at odd times, as everything else is closed at the airport and in the city.

The accomodation was excellent The boys and girls in reception were very very kind and helpful to solve any questions The room was very clean Since we didn't ask daily room cleaning,we could use everything in the mini bar for free They offer free coffee in the morning ,even though your booking is without breakfast In addition to this the excellent SALM BRAU BRAUEREI and gaststatte( atmospheric restaurant with good food and reasonable prices)is next to the hotel We fully recommend it

Even though the walking distance to St Stephan's cathedral (the centre of Vienna) is 25 min ,for those who want to be in the heart of a lively area , with cafes shops ,etc is not ideal place

Exceptional breakfast - a very wide offer for every taste, we ate breakfast and the next meal for us was dinner (out of the hotel). The breakfast was superb and was included in our price. Friendly staff. I ordered a birthday surprise from hotel at breakfast- it was a bit stiff from the staffs side. Clean and cozy room, very nice view from our window to the Belvedere park. We used the option for no room cleaning during our stay in return for using mini bar at our room. Would recommend to my friends!

Super weak hairdryer - it took me forever to dry my hair (usually I have no problems). Credit card was necessary at the check in or a payment at the beginning of our stay. There was a mixup with my deposit, I did not get it back until I called the hotel almost a week after and cleared it out with receptionist. We did not get the idea of temperature regulation - it was too hot at night (we stayed at the end of March). None of the above much bothered our stay.

Location is great and easy to get to and from. Airport and also close to centre right next to Belvedere Palace. Room and facilities great and spotless. Breakfast was fantastic plenty of choice and quality of food was great . Most of all staff were amazing and couldn't do enough for you, helpful, polite and courteous. Would definately stay here again and have no hesitation in recommending it.

Nothing at all. Everything exceptional.

Great location, next to Belvedere and the Metternich Palace. Modern facility, spacious room. We got a comfortable cot for our little one in the room. Very clean and tidy, they offer free minibar service if you decide to skip room service for a couple of days. Huge breakfast buffet. Staff is kind.

Slightly overpriced. The bathtub in the room is open (no separate bathroom, only the toilet has some privacy) - it's modern and increasingly common, but it might not be everyone's cup of tea.

Location quite central, you are in walking distance from Belvedere Gardens and able to reach other central areas either by walk or by train. We used couple of times train, mainly we were travelling by taxi due to limited time of our stay. The staff was extremely welcoming and positive. Breakfast was superb, especially the opportunity that you can make fresh healthy mixed detox juice for yourself was what we enjoyed the most.

Would be better if there is at least sliding door to cover the bathtub. This fact only was a bit uncomfortable for us.

Staff were very friendly. Location was great - close to train station and tram stop. Breakfast was great also, plenty of options and dairy free milk and yoghurts available.

The only negative thing I can say about the hotel is it was very warm. The lowest setting on the aircon was still too hot so we kept the windows open whenever we were in the room - we visited in April.

Nice hotel with clean rooms and good breakfast. Excellent hotel location close to all atractions, good connection with tram, bus or metro. 20 minutes walk to Stephansdom. Nice choice of pillows, I've appreciated different feather variations. Courtyard rooms were really quiet. Minibar is free of charge if you don't use room service on your stay of 2 nights or longer.

Parking is not free of charge, but you expect that from hotels in city centre. Just mentioning...
