Hotel Enziana Wien0

We stayed for a couple of days here. The girl from reception was very nice and friendly. The breakfast was absolutely fantastic, lots of choices, not crowded. The train station is just 5 minutes away from the hotel. From airport to hotel we did aprox 30 minutes with train S7 and by the way, the ticket was not expensive, 5.2 euros for 2 adults, 1 way. Tram 71 route line is only 3 minutes away, one ticket costs 2 euro per adult. Personally, we preferred to walk by foot, it took us about 20 minutes to reach the city center.

The furniture - poor quality and old. Not enough electrical outlets. Not having AC.

The location is near to the city center so it's a good start. We were allowed to check-in around 1pm instead of the standard check-in time of 3pm. Despite of the reviews I read, the room that we got is cleaned, they provided as 2 bath towels & 2 face towels which were washed. Staff is good and the linens&bed is ok too. We didn't try the brealfast as we woke up late and have to prepare for check out.

The room that we got didn't have a bathtub like in the photos, or as we thought. The toilet is clean but small, there's only 1 soap for everything - shampoo, body wash & soap. No other toiletries provided. No eletric kettle, no personal / mini fridge, no complimentary coffee or water in the room.

the hotel is located at Rennweg, close to a train station. Public transport in Vienna is really fast and reliable so it takes about 20 mins to reach the old city centre. The room was clean, the beds were comfortable. Good for a short stay. The hotel staff were nice and welcoming. The room temperature is okay.

The bathroom did not have toiletries - bring your own. The shower area wasn't as clean as it should be. The TV did not work. We were not given enough towels so had to request additional ones from reception. This hotel does not have 24/7 reception desk - check in begins at 3 pm, and there is no option to perform self check-in, or at least we were not told of that option.

we had an unusual situation: in our room there were problems with a bathroom, an there were no other rooms available. but receptionists were very sweet and polite, they offered a decision quickly. we stayed in an airbnb apartment at the same street, receptionists organized everything. we didnt pay any extra fees and we loved the apartment, it was even bigger and better, than the rooms we saw on pics on booking com

booking wrote, that there would be breakfast available, but it was a mistake. im not sure, whose mistake it was, bookings or hotels, but that was the only point we didnt like during our stay

Everything was great. The service, the hotel amenities, and the room where comfortable. The breakfast was great and the people were welcoming, polite and helpful. Excellent customer experience, and just 3 minutes far from the train station that comes from the airport.

There is absolutely nothing I did not like.

Most of the staffs were friendly, kind and helpful. The room was spacious enough to relax. The location was perfect. Convenient to approach the city center, and close to the transportation to the airport as well. Th breakfast had a wide variety to enjoy every morning.

Some amenities hadn't refilled for the last half during our stay. ex. tissue box. It seemed that the floor in the room hadn't been swept during the stay at all. The coffee machine at the lobby was often broken or lack of cups.

LOVE the Location! Perfect location coming to and from the airport (18min by direct train to Rennweg). Very convenient direct transportation going to touristic sites in the city (Tram 71). Near grocery/restaurants/food places! The room is large, comfy bed. Fast wi-fi. Breakfast has plenty to choose from! Staff are helpful and friendly. Would definitely stay here again if I ever come back to Vienna

This was not my first stay at Enziana Hotel. The location is good, near tram station and also the subway is close to the hotel, you can take the S7 from Renweg and in 35-40 minutes you are at the Airport. The staff was nice, giving you directions or recomandations for where to go out (pubs, restaurants). The breakfast is amazing, you have so many choices and all is fresh and hasa good balance. The room we stayed in was nice, with a closed balcony with street view, when you closed the windows there was no noise from the street.

The room was clean, and the staff are very welcoming. The location is great. There's a tram right across the street to the center.

The kitchen was under construction, and there was no info on not having breakfast, and it says there's a 24h bar, which there isn't...

the receptionist the lady was very friendly always had a smile on her face she looked like she never left the place very helpful person 😃

it said was deluxe double wasn’t really deluxe the bath/shower was like 1980 and couldn’t get the plug out of the bath plus found a condom in my wardrobe don’t no if this is standard practice in this hotel but thought it was gross deffo your bathroom needs up dating
