NH Wien Belvedere

The room was nice and spacious, the bed was comfortable and tea/coffee making facilities were provided. Additionally, the location was very near a tram stop so using the tram to get back to the hotel was nice and easy. The bathroom was clean and an abundant amount of shampoo, conditioner and regular soap was provided. Also, the staff were friendly and even booked us a table at a restaurant when we couldn't do it ourselves.

The breakfasts were quite expensive so we ate at nearby cafes instead as it was nicer and cheaper. Additionally, there were some stains on the duvet covers on the bed which wasn't very pleasant.

It is perfectly located. We took the direct S-bahn train (fast and cheap) from the airport and walked the 2 minutes to the hotel. For the 3 days we were in Vienna, we either walked to the centre or took trams (several stops nearby). The staff were extremely welcoming and friendly. My daughter was unwell on the day we arrived and they kindly gave us a room at 1200 so she could rest. The room was spacious and had everything we needed including a Nespresso machine and kettle. Also very pleasant smelling toiletries!! We didn't order breakfast as the Viennese Cafes are half the point of visiting the city. It is not a luxury hotel but we also didn't pay luxury prices. We would definitely stay there again.

My only gripe would be that the electrical sockets were too few and were not terribly conveniently placed.

The location was perfect - 5min walk from the train for the airport and in the back yard of Belvedere. Lidl, DM, Billa right next to it. Good neighborhood, lots of embassies nearby, not in the busy center. The staff was super nice. The room was spacious and was cleaned daily.

There were construction works in the back of the hotel which woke us up one morning and there were no slippers, but these are minor things. Overall really pleasant stay with very good price.

Central location in a very nice neighborhood, steps away from Schloss Belvedere, and with great public transport. There's a major metro station just 3 minutes away, with train lines to the whole city and airport. The hotel was very comfortable and clean and the room was big, nicely furnished and full of light with a big window. I really appreciated that the bathroom was equipped with all necessities (body wash, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion...). The staff was very nice and helpful. Two drinks were offered for each day that we decided room service wasn't necessary!

Big, clean rooms. They have the lovely option of giving up room cleaning and towel change every day in exchange for a drink per day. The location is 2 minutes walking from the Belvedere entrance and 15 minutes from the inner town. The suggested car park is 3 minutes walkin on the opposite side. It's safe and very convenient. Lots of supermarkets, fast food places, cafes and a beer hall in the area.

They could have slippers in every room, especially as they offer a 'no room cleaning' option. A kettle would be nice as well.

I was so happy with this hotel - location, facilities, staff. The place was perfect. Breakfasts were awesome. Great fuel for a full day of walking, exploring the cultural treasure that Vienna is. The sauna in the Wellness Center was a bonus, great place to relax after a long day. History types ... the building in which this hotel is located was once the printing office during the Hapsburg reign, or was it the period right after WWI. Anyway, look around. There are details that speak to this. I can't wait to go back. Vienna!!! Please call me again. Getting to know you truly would take a lifetime.

Rooms were spacious, quiet with simple yet classic, functional design and furniture (not overcluttered), very comfy bed. Room was very clean. Breakfast options were enough, a nice mix of hearty and healthy options. The location was excellent, very close to the inner city, easy to walk and very well connected with public transport.

N/A, except the price, but from research done in preparation to the trip, the price tag was not out of ordinary, accommodation prices in Vienna tend to be on a higher end.

The staff made us feel very welcome. There are welcome drinks, and we can get coupons (1 per person) for each day we don't ask for cleaning, which we can exchange for drinks (even beer and wine), sandwiches or ice cream! We had a special request for our honey moon and they did prepare a small welcome gift, that they left on the bed side table, which gave us a great start in Vienna! The room was very spacious, with a large desk, space for makeup, and all amenities (shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, coffee machine, kettle, mini fridge, ...). One of the best hotels we've staid at for this budget!

The gym is at level -1, which looks a bit austere. All the rest was great!

I liked the fact that the hotel was in a convenient place near transport hubs like Rennweg or near the 71 Strassenbahn line. I liked the size of the room as well as the bathtub and the kind staff, who were patient and assistive. I asked the girls at the reception for a set of spoons, forks and knives and they were happy to help us. They also did as I asked - to give me a room with an inner view and not the loud street. I can't say anything about the breakfast since we didn't have time to eat there.

I wish there were more amenities in the room, such as a water heater, coffee and tea.

The location is very close to the train into the city from the airport. It was a very easy straight shot. There are also plenty of nearby restaurants to visit. My kid loved a park that was nearby as well. The room was charming and very comfortable.

The price of breakfast seemed outrageous! The most expensive hotel breakfast in any of the 6 hotels we had stayed during our 3 week stay in Europe so we skipped it.
