The hotel is ideally located in a central position between the main train station and the city center. This advantageous placement makes it extremely convenient for those arriving from the airport or traveling by train from other cities or countries. Additionally, there is a supermarket situated across from the hotel, providing easy access to any necessities. Moreover, the surrounding area has restaurants and bakeries, offering some options for dining and breakfast. The apartment itself was clean and comfortable. Furthermore, the staff at the hotel were kind and accommodating.

One aspect that caused discomfort during our stay was the bathroom, which had a fume/translucent glass door. As a woman traveling with my brother, it was rather awkward and uncomfortable to have a clear view of each other while using the toilet or changing clothes due to the transparency of the glass.

The hotel is very modern, clean and comfortable with very nice bedroomsWien. The staff is very friendly. The location is excellent and very safe. In 5 minutes on foot you can reach the famous Belvedere Castle / Museum and in 15 minutes on foot you can reach Karlplatz, the Opera, the Secession and the Museum Quartier. The Stephane Platz is at 20-30 minutes on foot. The Hotel is at 5 minutes on foot from Metro Station U1 - Taubstummengasse and from Hauptbahnhof Metro Station and Main Central Station OBB - connected directly with Wien Airport.

Location is excellent (U1 Sudtiroler Platz and N66, 13A bus stands at walkable distance). Very close to Bilka department store where one can get all essential things including food. English breakfast was exceptional and I would rate 10 on a scale of 0 - 10. Only one thing that coffee wasn't hot. Room was pretty good with big windows and bathroom had bath tub. The size was a little small but it was enough and we had no problem staying for 5 nights.

Everything was too good. There's nothing I would say I didn't like. If I happen to visit Vienna again, I would love to stay in this hotel. Excellent services for the price offered. It's a hotel not to be avoided. My suggestion - do consider this hotel and you won't repent.

Location was great, having a parking lot was also important as it is difficult to park in Vienna. The rooms have good beds and nice sheets. Complementary drinks in the minibar were nice to have, in addition to the welcome drink on arrival. Breakfast is very good, the buffet selection is quite good, great bread types, fruits, cold cuts, eggs, etc. it is a good deal. The staff was also very nice and helpful.

The elevator is very small and busy as there's only one in the building, but it is not a major issue at all. The hotel all in all is an excellent option got a few days in downtown Vienna.

We were allocated an accessible room on the ground floor, which was quite spacious. It was stylish and comfortable with a view of an internal courtyard. The location was convenient to the main train station and the street had lots of cafes and supermarkets but they were all closed on Sunday, which is not the Hotel's fault.

We felt the reception staff were a bit Indifferent and Inflexible at check in. We had to approach them twice before eventually being allocated a room well after the 3pm official check in time. The room door didn't lock properly unless it was consciously pushed all the way. Because of this, we accidentally left the room unlocked once because it looked like it was locked even though it wasn't.

Room size was good. Lots of space for belongings as well as to relax. Very clean. Breakfast had great selection of items. Luggage room very secure and able to leave items after checkout. Also needed set of tickets printed and staff very helpful indeed. Would 100% recommend. Location good close to underground and only short ride to Karlsplatz which is the main area for tourists. Also 2 food shops opposite hotel which is a bonus!

Only gripe was that Room was very warm so needed windows open majority of time as air con not available due to season. Was between 18-20C during stay so with outside noise difficult to get a lie in. Not used to hussle n bussle of a city

The location was beneficial for us travelling by train to our next destination. Also great that we avail ourselves of the 48hr Vienna Pass for transport around town and discounts to some attractions, food, etc.

None that we know of but the below comment was only our observation on our 1st day breakfast…. During breakfast, there were only 2 lady staffs, one checking guests in to the dining and one cleaning tables, replenishing food and cutlery. For the number of hotel guests, they seem to be inundated by the tasks at hand. Through all these, the effort of the staffs are commendable.

beds were comfortable and the bathroom set up was spacious. breakfast was great with lots of choices. The coffee was delicious. Front staff was very helpful and it’s terrific that the garage is right next to the hotel!

it was warm at night and the hotel showed that it had a/c but it wasn’t turned on yet as it was too early in the season. this meant that we had to open our windows to make the room cooler so we could sleep. unfortunately it also let in a lot of street noise, making it tough to fall asleep. To be fair, that’s my only complaint- everything else was great.

Location: - Hotel is located near the train station, so it's very convenient for those who get to Vienna by train. And that's why I've chosen this hotel. Moreover - it's not that far from Karlskirche and Belvedere is also pretty close, so it's a great starting point to begin the walking trip from here. The neighborhood is quiet. Personnel: - Friendly and nice. Comfort: - All good here. I didn't even think about inconveniences at that time. And there's also a breakfast offer.

The only thing I'd mention is that sometimes you can clearly hear the noises from other adjacent rooms, the walls are not super sound proof, though I can't say that this was some major inconvenience.

Well located, spacious room, very clean, a kettle accompanied by tea and coffee available at the room, heated floor, modern facilities and furniture, 24h reception, wardrobe available, elevator available and silence during the whole day and night.

We didn't try the breakfast because it felt a bit pricey (16 euros pp) compared to the breakfast offers of the restaurants in the surroundings. Anyway, we could easily have breakfast in the various options in walk distance from the hotel, so it didn't bother us. The pillows could be improved to match the high quality of everything else.
