Lighthouse Golf & Spa Hotel

The room was spacious, in neutral colours and lovely as setting and furnitures. The beds were comfortable and big. And the bathroom was really nice. Staff was great: polite, well mannered, very respectful and always smiling. I loved the overall atmosphere and location. And the beach is amazing! Takes like 10 min to get there with the shuffle. Wild, clean, peaceful and beautiful!!! Even for the beach alone, it's worth to come and stay here. And the spa is of really excellent quality. The adventure shower was not working, but all the other spa facilities were safe haven during bad weather. And the mineral water pool was a real treat. The breakfast was also very nice and truly diverse! There was something for anyone's taste. We have booked a sea view room. I highly recommend it. The panorama was worth it and the sea can really calm one's soul. I am very happy and have no regrets for booking the Lighthouse. I am also proud to have been able to spoil myself and my dad with a really amazing escape. I would love to come again and hopefully next year we will be able to stay longer and who knows... even play golf :)

In all fairness, I would have expected that with the price tag, the water bottles will be complimentary with the room and supplied regularly. Maybe I have been lucky with the previous hotels I booked and had unrealistic expectations. I think the pillows could have been a bit better quality. I hate it when all the feathers gather in one side of the pillow and in the middle of the night you have to fluff it back to comfort :)

Big pool and childfriendly, big room (suite) and comfortable beds, nice location and wide open spaces (being on a gold course), friendly staff, Heros beach.

The children playground was small and old (10 years old maybe) - 2 swings, 1 slide, all a bit dated. The food was average - enough choices available but average from quality perspective, compared to 5***** in Turkey (of course, the price is alao lower). The beach was very nice but it’s 10 min drive away from the hotel and access to the actual beach is on an old partly dirt/partly old asphalt road and parking is very limited. The hotel also offers a shuttle to/from the beach at very well defined times.

The location is fantastic, you can relax at the pool, the water these days is perfect, also the spa area is extraordinary. The music entertainment is very good, we really liked the guy performing. The food is very good, you have whatever you want, the other restaurants are also very good. The rooms are big and beautiful.

Improvements must be made in the bathrooms. We stayed in room 220 and in the bathroom some things were missing: the shower button missing, the door handle on the shower glass missing too and the towel hanger was falling apart. It was not ok for a 5 star hotel. We are coming here for 11 years now and the hotel was more taking care off. Also, the personel is not cleaning the balconies and there is bird dropping.

Big, clean rooms & bathrooms, very comfortable with great views of the pool/sea. Tested lots of facilities - restaurant, spa, private beach, massage, mini golf, pool bar - everywhere the staff was extremely helpful and welcoming. Super relaxing break, fully appreciated all efforts to make our stay as good as possible. Will definitely come back!

We’ve been coming here on and off for aprox. 10years. Hotel needs some updates here and there, still a great overall stay.

Room was dusty, furniture was old and damaged, improper sewage( in order to sit on the toilet sit you needed plastic slippers as the actual toiled is in the shower. - the personel was new and uskilled -no opportunities to spend the night - we could not eat in the a la carte restaurant as itvwas fully booked and we did not have any choice to it until dinner time. -we paid 30 Leva for early checkin.

This hotel is a glorious place to stay when playing golf in Bulgaria. True 5* experience with incredible facilities at a price that does not make you wince. Outdoor pool, Indoor pool, Spa and 3 golf courses. Incredibly attentive staff. Very very good breakfast buffet.

Restaurant meals were overpriced taking into consideration the quality of the food. No beach shuttle from the hotel to the beach between 10am and 12 and no beach shuttle return from the beach between 14 30 and 18.

food was average. if you ae not in the all inclusive then even water is not included in the dinner which is very strange

The food was good. The staff was very kind and helpful. The rooms are huge and have big balconies with breathtaking views. The location is an hour from the airport and is a excellent spot for golf players. The spa area is huge and clean. The indoor swimming pool too. I recommend the Le passage à la carte restaurant. The food was very delicious with very correct prices. We tried the buffet. But if you are a meet lover. Then I definitely recommend not to go for the all in formula.

The bathroom and furnitures are outdated but clean. The room service regularly forgot to put a towel or shower gel etc. At the pool they may replace the mattresses and umbrellas! They are old, worn out and don’t belong in a 5***** establishment.
