-pool area simply amazing -location -view from the room, I’ve been on 12th which was more than enough -kind service -closed free private garage parking -delicious breakfast, huge choice and really tasty -large rooms, separate toilet

- you can see the age of the rooms, especially in the bathroom, those could use a refreshment - people are taking too much food for the breakfast and trashing it, I wish there were some policies which would prevent such things, sorry to say but so many guests are dumb, maybe some bonuses like a free drink if your plate is clean after the meal? I just cannot watch how much food is wasted and I know it’s not your fault…

The pool was beautiful and the breakfast was very rich with lots of different things to choose from.

The room and bathroom could use an update since it is a 5 star hotel. The carpet was a bit stained. Some of the pool towels had stains on them and they didnt provide umbrellas for all of the sunbeds which was bothering as we had to sit in the sun. No private beach/discount at any beach, so keep this in mind if you want to stay here.

I've booked a 40 m room with a sea view and I received a smaller room than what was shown in the reservation details. The cleanliness of the room was not very ok, the sofa was dirty and the furniture didn't look like 5 stars. The water at breakfast was from the dispenser and had a bad taste, it was impossible to drink. The hotel doesn't have its own private beach, is very strange for 5 stars hotel.

The elevators were too busy,i expected too much to go up or down A lot of people with slippers and swimsuits in lobby and elevetors,,,,

comfortable room, kind staff, relaxing view, nice food and good massages, good gym: liked the executive lounge

cleanliness can be better in the 1st floor restaurant: the chairs wooden legs were peeled off; the coffee machines were quite filthy, the coffee cups and little plates didn’t match looked low maintenance. The sofas in the restaurant were quite filthy and stained: this part needs renovation for a 5*

The pretiest but the tasteless breakfast. Beautifull platings, nice choice of cheeses. Bread was a day old. We went at 7.45 in the morning when everything should be warm/fresh. The fruits were cut in the previous evening. At such a level to have a juice machine that run out of ''essence'' and the juice was mainly water. Coffee was the same as at the hotels half priced than International. Sorry well under the level of the hotel! In a 300+ guests hotel there were like 4-5 yogurts of only one choice. And this in Bulgaria the mother of yogurts. Really disapointing!!

The view from our room, the executive lounge, and the pool was great. The breakfast buffet had a great selection! The customer service was great! Overall, I was very pleased! I will come back and have no problem recommending your facility to others!! The things I didn't like are minor and only offer so you can continue to provide the best possible experience!

The A/C in the room didn't get cold enough. The elevators took forever!! The pool seats on one day were completely reserved for a wedding party... They should be limited, so the rest of your paying customers can reserve seating! I had difficulty making a reservation through your website, none of my CCs would work, but I had no problem anywhere else both inside and outside of Bulgaria.

The curtain without blackout, so the light in the morning will disturb your sleep.. it’s good if they can fix this problem. Also the windows are not double glazed so I was on the 14th floor and I can still hear noise and music from the street until 3:00 am in the morning everyday! Even at weekdays!!! Which wasn’t good for light sleepers!

Good value for money. Delicious food. The best omlette. Clean rooms with blackout curtains. Underground parking. Lovely resort view from 14th floor. Market shops were open near the hotel even in off-season.

The harrowing noise made by the wind at night...we are light sleepers so this almost destroyed our days off. They requested confidential information (written on paper) from our cards to pay the deposit...it would have been normal only to pay the deposit with a PoS. Extra small interior pool for such a big hotel.

Visited with family and we all had a great stay. The hotel was clean and it had the perfect location in Golden Sands. Housekeeping maintained the cleanliness of our rooms throughout the week. Buffet had a good variety of food options. At times when the dining room was full, the staff was accommodating to allow us to dine at the connecting area. There was a small arcade at the hotel which kids enjoyed and all other fun activities were near the property. Beach was also steps away. It would have been great if the hotel had its own beach area - renting umbrellas and sunbeds in Golden Sands was quite pricey, probably most expensive across the entire shore. We didn't have the chance to visit any of the spa facilities, but the two ladies that worked at the desk throughout the week were great and assisted with beach towels. Hotel management also did a great job following up on an issue with the room of a family member.

Front desk staff could have been a little more accommodating and friendly. They have the hardest job to meet and greet every guest and I feel like the customer service there was not one of a five star hotel. Pool was great, however some of the songs that played there were not appropriate for kids.
