No elevator or stairs from the parking to receprion or room's floor, you shoud make a giant walk around half building through the street. Like 5 minutes walk outside, especially bad whan it is rainy. I understant that the hotel is in reconstruction steps while it is operating, but at least 1 floor stairs to reception instead of elevator and now outsite walk around the building. Also the system with the paper pass to parking lot, just write down the car on each entry or out, and no make me save some small paper, that I should give to the security each time I am going out, and take it back when I am return. Simply manage my car number, thats all.

Lack of COVID procuderes. Breakfast with buffet, food not properly protected and clients without masks. I didn't feel comfortable at all, the second day I didn't have breakfast for this reason. The staff was not wearing masks, I was in the elevator with the bell boy that was acting as there is no risk. Reception staff with a poor attitude towards the clients, and very bad English. I believe that in an international hotel they should understand at least basic words.

i have stayed at the hotel many times over the years but unfortunatelly they are never finished with the renovation. the reception area looks pretty bad at the moment

- the location and the breakfast are just perfect; - the hotel has the potential to be the best in town - seems like renovations are going in and the staff informed me in advance for the inconvenience; - the rooms are nice and comfortable;

the parking organization seems a bit confusing, one of the evenings the parking guy didn’t let me get out due to miscommunication that the parking is paid, there is no connection from the garage to the hotel so you have to carry your baggage, in front of the hotel “everything is booked for the casino” (a staff member informed me) the refrigerator in the room has a white light that cannot be turned off, a tip - cover it with the the bed cover :) a casino in a hotel is always an ATTENTION MARK for troubles, but that is how it is! the restaurant for the breakfast is not renovated for ages, but the food is a big compensation ;)

The room was spacious, comfortable and very clean. We had a room with sea view, overlooking the port area but also the pedestrian street - a great view and experience. Lots of great restaurants nearby, the Holtel is located right in the heart of the Old City but also close to the sea. We also totally recommend the Port area which is amazing, with some great restaurants and pubs, also an amusement park, a ferry terminal and also a duty-free shop. The Hotel was undergoing some extensive renovation works and the.direct access to the underground parking was not available, but once the works are completed the Hotel will be even more amazing and comfortable. We look forward coming back!

Superb location (city center, 2 min walk to Sea Garden, 5 min to the beach), friendly and helpful staff, spatious room (higher floors have great views), breakfast on the roof terrace (wonderful views).

Occasionally the room smelled of smoke (the room was non-smoking so it was either from the AC or from previous guests smoking on the balcony). The shower in the bath had surprisingly low flow of water, only second day I realized that the separate shower besides is much better. Wifi worked without glitches but it was slow.

There is no real reception hall, there is the entrance room where there are only some miserable seats. The restaurant where you can take the breakfast has to be renewed, restructurered. The breakfast is not at a level of four stars; The breakfast hall is not clean, oldfashioned and needs a real renewal. There are not enough small tables, and to find a seat you have to sit together with other people at a big table. the table covering is not clean, you can see the foodrests of the predecessor. There are two old coffemachines who have to be urgently moved away. The third is better. Jams, chocolate spread, etc... are placed in the full sun... The music system is located on a shabby chair; again, it needs to be renewed.

Rooms were clean, spacious and comfortable. The location was perfect and easy to navigate back to. Lots of choice at breakfast although replenishment of food was sometimes slow. Staff were all pleasant, courteous and efficient.

Hotel is obviously going through a refurbishment in and around the reception area, which is restricting, however doesn't impact on the restaurant or rooms. The prices in the hotel bar were inconsistent and an 'entry charge' of 5 lev for hotel guests was unusual. Plenty of better bars nearby, very well priced and would explain why the bar was virtually empty. A shame for the live entertainment who were having to play to an empty room.

Great location, the interior is fully upgraded, clean and cosy rooms, great service

A bit noisy in the mornings due to the building works going on at the moment; parking is paid and not ready for use in my opinion without an elevator - you have to walk all the way out to enter the hotel

The location of the hotel is excellent. It was very easy to reach every where but the cons is the sound of the main street. Though the street is closed to the traffic, the main square is open to street musicians and shows regardless of the hour.

The hotel and the surrounding buildings were under renovation. And therefore there's no direct access from the parking lot to the reception area. We needed to walk all the way around to the main entrance with all our luggage on hand. And after 7hrs of motorbike riding, it was not good.
