Joya Park Hotel

The hotel itself is decent, nice and uncrowded pool, the staff were polite and it was clean. I was in apartment, which was a good size. Also, the bus stop to/from Varna is 4-5 minutes by walk, which can be very convenient in case you want to check out this beautiful city. The Golden Sands park is also relatively close.

I mentioned the hotel is decent, but it definitely needs some touch. I didn't like the shower in my apartment. It was on top of a bathtub with a curtain and you will struggle if you are a big person. It's also worn out, if I can put it this way. Someone mentioned the beds. They are comfy, but not good for couples, because the "double beds" are actually two joined mattresses, which kept separating. I missed bunch of hugs! :( :) Also, it's a 8-10 minute walking distance to the seaside, which is not terrible, but not the best either. The breakfast was lacking variety. Some may argue about the price, but I've been in better hotels for less money.

Excellent service. Good vibe, the food taste was also great. The restaurant is not five stars but I enjoyed being there, it is next to the pool. The pool is clean, it has space for kids as well. Thanks

The hotel is not next to the beach, but you cannot expect more for the money. The rooms aren't so big and the TV streaming lacks quality. Anyway who goes to the beach to watch TV :)

Hotel exceptional!

The fact that it has a clean pool, not very crowded. Some of the people from the reception speak english good. The view and the food was decent, not as good as it was in 2019. It has parking spots on the premise but they are not reserved per room.

The lack of live cooking as it was in 2019 and also the lack of a great diversity of foods to choose from as it was in the past. There were a lot of bees when eating outside. There is a chance of loosing your parking spit if you take your car to a different beach and return late in the anternoon. No more transport to Nirvana Beach as it was in 2019.

Staff are kind to us. Our room was enough big for us.

Sometimes their coffee maker in the restaurant was out of order. That's why we couldn't drink coffee in the morning. Our room faced to the parking lot. That was not good.

- The bed for the third person was actually a foldable armchair and not a sofa-bed as it is mentioned in the description. It was very rigid and squeaky and sleeping on it wasn't comfortable at all. - We didn't have kitchenette and kitchenware although they were in the room description - We had ants in our room - The room wasn't cleaned on the 1st day of our stay. On the 2nd day we had to catch a cleaning lady and ask her explicitly to clean our room and at least to provide some toilet paper. On the rest of the days it was cleaned daily but the towels and bed linen were never changed during our 5-day stay. Probably we had to ask for this as well. - Wi-fi speed was very poor, as 2G - The balcony didn't have any privacy separator, only a metal grid. The neighbors are sitting literally next to you. Also, it didn't have any racks to dry towels - The breakfast was a bit repetitive: everyday they changed only one meal but others stayed the same (vive the scrambled eggs and sausages)
