Helpful and smily staff - that is rare in Bulgaria. Willing to assist with whatever they could. The hotel's location is perfect. Super clean, sheets are changed every day.

location is in the centre and that is very good. i got an upgrade on my room which was nice

the room design is a bit kitsch but that is not important. what is important is that on the floor there is a rug that used to be fluffy and white….and now it just looks sad and unhygienic. very unhygienic! the breakfast was good…a lot of choice….BUT the bread and croissants for both days were stale and several days old. which is very unfortunate 😖 also, at the end of my breakfast on the second day, the lady put menus on the tables showing there can be ordered breakfast as well which was quite annoying as no-one said anything before and didn’t know that was an option 🤨

Very nice location and friendly staff. The spa area is nice and well maintained. Breakfast has huge selection and is tasty. The room was spacious, clean and in a modern design. Quite close to the sea - just a quick walk. The cafe has awesome cake!

Well, first of all, Kalin and the rest of the staff! You were great! Thank you very much. The rooms are spacious and well designed. Very clean. Huge comfortable beds. Excellent and fresh breakfast. Excellent location: just a few minutes walk from the promenade, close to essential shops as minimarkets, pharmacies, ATMs, bus stops, etc... We had to check out at 3:00 AM so they prepared a breakfast-to-go with a sandwich, croissant, and bottle of water for each on of us. I had an ear infection, so they called their own Doctor (a very professional one) to see me in my room(!) free of charge(!!!)

I got confused with operating the light switches of the rooms... :) During the hot days of August, the A/C of the 5th floor was a bit weak, but OK. For those of you who rent a car, it is hard to find a parking spaces during evening time (18:00-22:00). Elevator might be a bit slow (only 1 available).

Good delux room, Comfortable beds, amazing bath very considerate service overall, breakfast was above average for smaller hotels. Room quality / general areas was excellent Very clean Staff went out of their way to accommodate us for an additional booking. Generally 95% of staff were very friendly, far more so than anywhere we visited in Varna which made the hotel stand out positively..

Cleaner in the restaurant hoovering immediately next to tables / chairs etc at 10.45 one day, whilst people were finishing breakfast, could have been done later or been more subtle. Made to feel uncomfortable so left, (if you want to close - politely ask guests to leave so you close, or tell them in advance). Only one other staff member behaved in a sharp/too direct, although her conduct was more “standard” for our experience in Bulgaria - which can be very direct compared to other European destinations.

We enjoyed our 3-night stay here to celebrate NYE, although we didn’t partake in the NYE celebration at the hotel (we went to a piano bar instead). We were given a room on the 2nd floor, but we didn't have any noise issues from the street (our room was facing the church on the main street). the layout of the bathroom was interesting- there is a separate room for the toilet, which was an added convenience. The toilet has a build in bidet function. The best part about our stay was the pool/sauna/fitness facility. Mind you, the fitness facility was really small with only one treadmill, one bicycle, and two work out benches with build your own weigh. But we were the only people talking advantage of the fitness facility, and I really enjoyed the view while running on the treadmill. The breakfast buffet was decent - there were a lot of good choices, but it was the same selection for the 3 days we were there. I could see it being repetitive after a while. My only feedback is for the hotel to refill the water bottles on a daily basis. We have stayed at another hotel nearby (with less stars) where we got free water everyday.

One of the reasons I recommend this hotel is location, location, location, and staff. The staff is hands down amazing. Kalin was so nice and catered with a smile to every need we had, parking, directions and anything you asked him. Reception staff made our stay that much better. When we asked for anything the wait for was 1 minute at most. The pool and city view is amazing as well.

AC/heater… it was very loud and would’t stop blowing even when on low temp. When off the heater still made loud sounds. Parking was tricky, but that is how Varna is, hotel has underground parking, which is great.

Roomy, with exceptional, contemporary decoration and everything in the right place. Both shower and tub, with large pebbles around the floor. Lovely balcony overlooking the skyline. A lot of places nearby for food and drink that stay open until 10 or 11pm. Friendly staff, trouble free check in/out.

There are a few nooks and crannies which are impossible to reach by way of vacuum or similar appliances, therefore there's bound to be excess dust gathering there which inevitably finds its way into the air. As example, the narrow strip of area between the bed's edge and the wall. Also, the balcony's wooden deck had suffered on its base causing some boards to squeak and shift around.

The design of the rooms is amazing, with large bathing tub, white pebbles on the bathroom floor, the drawers suspended from.the ceiling, everything in extremely good taste. Kudos for one of the top hotel rooms I had the privilage of staying in. The receptionist, a guy named Kalin ( hopefully I got the cyrillic letters right) really made our stay a better one with recommandations and careful checks. Many thanks, Kalin
