Location, clean room, comfy bed. Small 7/11 across the road. Ps. Name of the hotel for calling a taxi in didi is Tianlun Songhe.

Smell of cigarette in lobby. The smoking area was in front of the entrance so the smell just got in. Maybe they could move it to another side of the entrance?

It was my first time in China so it's hard to compare to give a fair opinion. But compared to other hotel in other countries, I would say it's a fair place for the price we're paying. There's no leisure are in the hotel, not that I could find... I didn't have the breakfast there because price wasn't worth it and I preferred just to eat in one of the food stores nearby. But I would stay again (keep in mind the price).

Old air conditioning .. and the air inside the bedroom wasn't good but that I don't know if it was the city or just the AC. But I was in the winter so it was okay to sleep with the AC turned off and the air purifier on.

The location of the hotel and the staffs are so friendly and helpful. Highly recommennded.

A lady staff at the reception.

The hotel is very well located. The bedroom we chose were huge and very clean. Bed were very comfortable after a long flight. There were an incident at check in but the staffs were very apologetic and made sure to send us fresh fruits to our bedroom. The staffs were helpful as well to book taxi for us whenever we needed to go out. They tried their best to communicate in english. Lobby is always busy and noisy at times, but apart from that, all good.

The incident with the check in. Not very impressed as we were given a room that was already occupied. It got us worried whether it would be safe to leave all our belongings whenever we have to go out if incident like that occurs again.

On arrival, we found that the room we booked in the Annex was very dated and smelled badly. After complaining about the room, one of the receptionists, Li Ning, helped us greatly by showing us a better room in the recently decorated wing. She provided great customer service by helping us to move our suitcases to the new room and getting us settled in. The new room was modern, clean, comfortable and had a powerful shower. The room was also quiet. The hotel's location is superb. Very close to Wanfujing shopping district and the forbidden city.

The hotel is in a perfect location, close to the city center and to a metro station, very easy to reach. It is also close to some roads with shops and places to eat that are not frequented by foreigners. The hotel staff was super nice and helped with a lot of problems I had during my trip (the initial hotel I booked, not with Booking, closed months ago and did not inform me, plus my luggage was lost at the airport and it was supposed to be sent to this initial hotel. The staff helped me call the airport and change the address.). I was helped by Bonnie and Lily who both speak very good English. The day of the departure I was also helped to call a taxi to the train station. The rooms are big with a comfortable bed and very very soft pillows, they give you free bottles of water and other amenities such ad combs and toothbrush if you need (for free but only upon request). It is also quiet. The hotel also has a bar and a separate restaurant but I have not teied either.

I wish breakfast was always included.

Great location, conventional breakfast, very nice housekeepers, when she, Ms. Qi，knew my daughter caught a cold, she brought more bottles of water, and her supervisor Ms. Zhang, help us to bring our luggage to the lobby when we were ready to check out. I really appreciate their kindness and hospitality.

Wow, some small things need to be improved like do not leave the trash to the next shift.

Location is perfect. Our room was always clean and comfortable during the stay. Very easy access to the metro station. McDonald's, Starbucks and 7/11 store are located right across the road which was very convenient.

Smoking area could be moved away from the front door. Not a good image to have people smoking right in front of the main entrance. Check-in was a little slower. Just as a note - a security safe box in the room was smaller and I could not leave my 14" laptop secured.

Very convenient room, located very close to whatever you need: - the walking big street with shops - metro - a bakery that also offers coffee, Starbucks and numerous great restaurants - a seven eleven . Also hotel staff was very friendly and would always help us with the Chinese translations, how to get where etc. Pro tip: Have a metro map before landing at the airport.

We could never really connect to internet from wifi.

The excellent attention and Service from Miss Clara and Mrs Bonnie from the front desk, they were very helpfully and professional with us along our stay, always were very gratefully and kind with us . Also the rest of the Team were very nice and the housekeeping service very good keeping our room very clean. We should give to the ladies 5 stars for their help with us.
