Location is convenient and the staff are nice and very helpful

The whole experience was awesome until the last day. The staff have been fabulous and very helpful however not their manager( i assumed it was their manager). The way to communicate with customer need to be improved from their manager including after customer checked out. We were considering of going back to this place but unsure now.

The location is strategic as the hotel is situated within 'walking distance' to the major areas of attraction, particularly around the Wangfujing area. Room is comfortable, cozy, and has all the needed facilities, including a coffee machine! Breakfast has wide selection and varieties from local to western cuisines.

very child friendly hotel -sandal and toothbrush are provided. this is the only hotel that provided this service. The free laundry service is good. although is free but when has issue on the machine, the front desk staff attended immediately. very efficient in handling the issue.

The location is very convenient. Wangfujing metro station, exit C is the closest way to hotel. The room was fine, had tea and espresso facilities. The beds were comfortable. They provide two bottles of free water every day. They had shower gel, shampoo. In case you need toothpaste and toothbrush, they provide them at the reception. The bathtub in my room was kind of cracked, but it didn’t leak, so didn’t feel a difference when i took a bath. The breakfast is on the first floor in Japanese restaurant. It’s not a buffet, you choose the food from a menu. It’s all in Chinese, so be prepared. As long as hotel is located right near the metro station it was really convenient to go to any part of a city. There’s Starbucks in front of hotel but they close really early. Probably due to the coronavirus there were not so many guests at the hotel so it was very quiet and nice.

Absolutely everything about this hotel was wonderful. The staff was very friendly and kind, with many of them speaking English (special thank you to Kevin at reception). The beds were some of the comfiest I've ever slept on. Excellent location right next to the Dengshikou metro station (line 5), 10 minutes walking to Wangfujing, and about 30 minutes walking to Tianmen Sq/Forbidden City. Clean, comfortable, and great vibes overall at the hotel. I would 100% stay here again on my next visit to Beijing. Huge selection of items at breakfast - lots of Chinese options, lots of fruit, and plenty of Western options too. Breakfast was served buffet-style until about 10:30, then you could order from a menu until 2pm.

Everything was perfect. I want to live in this hotel.

The park plaza is my favorite hotel in Beijing. The location. In wangfujing is excellent. The hotel rooms/beds are clean and comfortable. The hotel gives you lots of free water bottles. Breakfast has many, many options to choose from. I recommend reserving with breakfast. Some hotel staff speak excellent English. Some don't speak as well but how inappropriate to criticize their English. Maybe those who criticize should learn some Mandarin. All the staff were polite and helpful whenever I needed something. The gym is small but everything i wanted. 4 treadmills, a bike, and an elliptical machine. Some weights as well. The price is also very reasonable. I highly recommend this hotel.
