Renaissance Beijing Wangfujing Hotel

The bed was nice and large and very comfortable to sleep on. There was a pretty decent view and all the curtains in the room were automatic, which was nice. My favorite part of the room was the bathroom, which was spacious and included a walk-in shower with rain head, a large bathtub and relaxing bath salts. All the staff were very friendly and the breakfast buffet was pretty good, with a nice selection of western and local dishes.

I honestly can't think of anything negative to say. I had a wonderful stay and would stay there again. It's a nice hotel for a short, relaxing stay in Beijing.

I always enjoy my time at the Renaissance and this stay was no different. As always, the bed was comfortable, the view was lovely (I stayed in a corner room on the top floor), and the bathroom was nice and spacious. In addition, the staff was super friendly and I want to give a shout-out to Rocco who helped my friend and I when we were having trouble locating our Didi on our way out to dinner. He even checked in with me when I came back to ask how our evening was. Everyone is always so friendly and helpful. I also really enjoyed the breakfast.

The reception on arrival was extremely good and nice service. Open view on 17. Floor, king bed very comfortable. Walking distance to Forbidden City and Wangfujing Shopping area.

The breakfast became after 2-3 days a little boring. Every day same choices. The cold cuts and bread choices very not really 5 star quality.

The room is clean and cozy. The location is really convenient with lots of attraction sites within walking distance.

The quality of breakfast is disappointing. And oftentimes I have to wait for the waiters to get the table cleaned.

Bed was comfy

The check-out was not very happy for us, we been waiting at the counter and some guy came just in hurry to be c/o. Staff was ask him something in chinese so we don't understand but sound like he is hurry to airport, then that would be polite if the staff gonna ask us first before service him!!! We are nice people if someone need help!!! But we just been waiting and get serve after him and staff just stuck with c/o process. We would be happy if this was in a Queue or asking before rush someone before us ...Thanks

The breakfast, cleanness, and location.

When we arrived (at 2 pm), the room was not ready and we need to wait until 3:30 pm to receive our keys. We paid for an upgraded room with a view of the forbidden city, but the view was a little disappointing.
