Hotel Arte in Brno is well located near to two parks one of them the rich and full of greenery Luzanky park. Only five minutes walk away from the hotel are the famous villas Low Beer and Tugendhat again beautifully situated amongst lush vegetation and flowers. Breakfast is wholesome and delicious, Vegetables are fresh, home made pastes and cakes are also served. One can taste hot croissants directly from the oven. Rooms are comfortable and the staff is very kind and helpful. The bath is newly renovated and the wi-fi connection is absolutely reliable.

We could see some defects on the walls, on the furniture and on the ceiling in the bathroom that need to be repaired. More hangers should be placed in the wardrobe for the convenience of the tourists.

We did like breakfast, hotel position close to center, and room overall. We enjoyed our stay very much. Thank you for your hospitality and warm welcome.

The only minor issue we had was with the mattresses on the queen size bed. There were two mattresses just laying next together and the slightest movement push them apart because there were no barriers so we had to push them back numerous times. Other than that, everything was fine.

The room was very spacious and comfortable. The air conditioning was a godsend in the current heatwave. The room was very quiet even though the street in front was quite busy in the morning. The hotel is dog-friendly, although there is a small surcharge.

We never found the stated free parking, but you can park by the park across the street and it seems that you only pay for the nighttime hours. We just spent the one night, so no problem, but you should probably speak to reception to find out more (reception was closed when we arrived).

Our ground floor room was a little dark and unbelievably no visible electric sockets on one side of the bed. It’s a little outside of the main town and its attractions, you’ll need 15-20 minutes on tram or good walking shoes!

I've been to this hotel for so many times and I'm just thinking to move over to live in Brno. I love this city, I like this hotel, its location and comfort. It's surrounded by nice parks, offers good value for money and it's relatively close to city center (2 tram stops). Thank you, we'll be back.

Staff were very friendly and understanding. Rooms are quite large. The high ceilings present a very spacious and authentic feel. I loved it a lot. Breakfast was quite satisfactory. With its location close to the biggest park in the city, I took nice walks every morning.

Good location of the hotel, near the city center (approx. 20 minutes walk), parking available (around 100 meters, but climbing the hill), spacious room, good breakfast, very nice personnel.

No air conditioning, not nice smell in the room (we had a room on the 2nd floor)

The biggest positive of this hotel is its staff, specifically the receptionist, who was very nice and willing to help in every way. The rooms (although with a little older equipment) were clean and smelled nice. Parking was without problems, just a short walk from the hotel and within walking distance of the centre. The size of the assortment at breakfast corresponded to the size of the hotel, but overall I can't complain about anything.

Incredible value for money, the room was big, cozy, with great facilities. Delicious breakfast and easy check in!

The only downside is that this hotel is every so slightly far from the city centre (25 min walk), but we didn't mind as it is right next to Luzanky part and transport links are fantastic

Good location - everything is walking distance, great breakfast, big room, free parking in a private parking lot.

Very little power sockets in the room - none near the beds nor bathroom, toilet was broken, noisy street - windows must be closed, so had to use AC during the night, which was a bit noisy.
