Staff is professional, kind and smiling making your stay a pleasant experience. Food was delicious, breakfast offers many options (maybe only fruits weren't fresh and nice); half board is highly suggested, dinner at terrace restaurant is a lovely moment of the day, gulas fest was exceptional. Location is the key of this hotel and if you have a room with view over the lake makes your stay even more romantic. Room was tidy and very comfortable, maybe only lacking more space to hang the clothes

Only unpleasant experience was the spa zone, unfortunately some families with kids let them play loudly in the pool area. Hotel could forbid the access to kids in what is supposed to be a wellness area, to relax and rest, not an aquapark where to play and jump.

The hotel is recently renovated, so everything looks new, very stylish and clean. The staff is very friendly and helpful. We booked the hotel specifically for the spa and the sauna world and we were not disappointed. It was great. The breakfast is just simply WOW, really-really good with a wide variety, fresh, tasty. The restaurant also offers dinner a-la-cart, we had dinner 2 times there, it was good, but not as exceptional as the breakfast. The location is also great, outside of the town next to the lake with most rooms having an amazing lake view. It is very peaceful and quiet there, but the tram station is only 5 minutes walk away with trams scheduled every 5 minutes so it is still very easy to access the city centre even without a car.

Only some minor things to mention: No desk in the room. Even though you go there for relaxing, but it would be nice to have a desk in the room in case someone wants to do some work from a laptop. We had a deluxe room and we found it a bit small, especially for longer stays. We were away from the room for several hours each day, yet there was no cleaning, they seemded to foget it so we had to ask for it on the second day, which was eventually done at 5pm in the afternoon.

The check in were smooth, the room perfectly equipped. Staff very helpfull. Half board is to go definietly. Breakfast were fine and more than enough! Dinner always good, multiple selection. The Moet Champagne for breakfast on weekend was a nice touch. Good location, nice wellness center. We loved this place. With the tram closeby you can go into the town in 16-18 minutes... Zoo is very close (1 tram or 16 mins walk), and the lake and park near the hotel is very nice for walks). Perfect surrounding. Always had parking for my car.

This hotel is exceptional. Very clean, exceptional view, really nice restaurant with view. The view from my room was marvelous. I ended up staying the majority of the time to enjoy the view. Staff are so friendly, welcoming, polite, and cordial. Actually all the people i have met in this city are so. Some of the staff don't speak english but it is ok no complaint for that. They're so nice and welcoming at least. The room is comfortable and vibrant. Nice colors. Might be a bit small, but i didn't feel that at all because of how it is organized, and it has a nice balcony. Overall, this hotel is really nice. i regretted that i stayed 2 nights only.

I believe the hotel can work on the rooms' doors. They pang a little bit and produce noise

We had a great stay here. It's a nice hotel, a renovated Soviet pioneer camp to an extremely high standard. Spa facilities great! Restaurant was great albeit a limited menu. The room was very comfortable and clean with a great entertainment set up and nice bathroom touches. The staff were amazing and it was probably the best consistent breakfast I've had at a hotel.

There was nowhere to keep the kids entertained. There should be a park/small playground on-site or even a kids room so that they can burn off some energy. In addition, parking was a bit of a nuisance as the main carpark was packed with corporate vehicles twice during our 11 night stay; perhaps they should be directed to use the carpark round the back. It seemed to be catering for couples and corporate events for sordid weekends away.

The hotel is still not entirely child- friendly, especially for small kids, who require strollers. There is almost no way to go up the stairs in the main lobby to reach elevators. There is a small platform on the side of each stairs, but it is way to narrow for strollers or people requiring wheel-chairs.

From the start our stay was perfect at this resort. Although it doesn't look like much from the exterior, the inside is beautifully renovated, the beds offer both American and European-sized pillows, and the restaurant served the best meals we ate in all of BRNO. We all especially loved the fresh trout at dinner and the morning barista at the splendid breakfast buffet. When the restaurant did not have grapefruit juice for a particular cocktail I love, they squeezed a fresh one to make it for me. The staff is young and cheerful. My husband and I, along with the other couple we traveled with, spent time in the wellness center at the hotel where there were 3 saunas and a steam bath along with easy opportunities to book a massage. The ambiance by the pool was perfect for reading or napping by the pool after a day of walking around BRNO. As for traveling into the city, the nearby tram took 25 minutes and a 9 Euro Uber took a bit less time. I would highly recommend a stay at Santon and can't wait to go back myself.

The breakfast was amazingly good. The staff was very welcoming, helping us with everything we needed during our short stay. We loved the terrace where we had breakfast with a wonderful view over the lake. Parking was very easy, there was plenty of parking in front of the hotel.

The room was cleaned but it could have been a bit cleaner. We were on the edge of asking for another room, but it was not so dramatic to do so in the end (a hair on the bed, one in the sink, a spider net in the corner of the room. It would be good to pay attention to those details.

The receptionist who welcomed us was very kind and professional. Breakfast was really good, varied and tasty. It was nice that you offered a 50min free jacuzzi and a drink for the canceled massage. The girl serving the spa center was very kind. The smoothie made to her liking was the most delicious I've ever had. And thank you for welcoming presents in our room. It was very nice.

1.Expensive Christmas dinner with no so good food (would be desirable to add more international food). 2. Cleanliness of the toilet in the spa's dressing room and a malfunctioning hairdryer. 3. Cancelled massage. It was our anniversary and we were most looking forward to the massage and relaxing in the pool. We came from Prague specifically for that.

Asked for a view and got a balcony with a fantastic lake view (see photo) Great location for lake stuff, we got a train from Prague then one tram, very easy. Both Thai massage therapists were really excellent - definitely recommend - and the spa is pretty nice when not busy. We did a private jacuzzi and it was fun, you can have wine in plastic cups and play music (take a mini speaker), staff very helpful. A la carte dinner (we both had the Svíčková) was delicious. Lovely restaurant terrace, breakfast good apart from the wasps. Room a bit small but fine, good temperature and soundproofing, beds and pillows comfy, bathroom clean and pretty new. Some nice bars and restaurants 5 minutes walk away, one with good pizza and cheap wine.

The buffet dinner didn't look good enough to tempt us to pay. The photos of the outside pool are deceptive - it's tiny and knee deep - but you can swim inside. Honestly everything else was great.
