Cloister Inn Hotel

Close to the town, quite street, staff is very friendly and we got to check in early, at 12h already. Clean, spacious rooms, comfy bed, free coffee/tea in the lobby. I will definitely stay in here if I go to Prague again

Next door people were loud a bit, so maybe we had a little more noise than expected

Lovely property in a great location, 2 minutes from the river and 10 mins walk from everything else around you. The stay were lovely, rooms tidy and the breakfast was always spot on in the morning really can’t not fault them at all. Thank you

Breakfast was really good

The mattress was not too soft. Moreover, I didn't like the fact that appart from the fee, they asked as for 50 euros as a guarantee in case we do something to the room. They gave the money back at check out but I certainly don't like that.

Nice place to stay in the center of Prague, with almost every place at walking distance. Rates are affordable and rooms are very big, clean and maintained. For Indian there is one Indian resturant just in front. Which serves very tasty food

Beds were single beds, i guess if we request them for one double bed they will arrange it.

Location : Great spot, not too close to main road (not crowded). Room : Spacious, Clean, Bright, Able to fit large luggage (Very satisfied). Staff (Both day & night shifts) : Nice, Helpful, Friendly. Hotel's parking lot : Safe! I didn't book for the breakfast package but I bought on-site which the food were variety and tasty.

Hair dryer : Didn't work functionally. (When I turned the power to 2, it didn't work normally) Hotel's parking lot : Quite narrow and difficult parking especially if your spot was in the deepest slot.

Very close to the center of Prague and evrything worth to be visited.

I didn't like the mandatory guarantee of €50 at check-in.

The room was very large. The staff was always polite and helpful. The free coffee at the lobby was a good extra. Of course location is very good. It is close to museums and historical places. We did not have the breakfast so I can not comment on it. We had to come early (10 am) and the room was not suitable, so we left the lagguage to lagguage room. We had coffee and then went to enjoy city center. When we come back they had cleaned the room and we were able to use the room by 13:30. They try their best to make us enter as soon as possible. Thanks to every one. In addition there is a vending machine at lobby which you can buy water, snickers, chocolate, etc. (ok it is not very cheap but not also too expensive) which will be useful in case you need something quickly.

Excellent location and area where the hotel is was fabulous. The facilities are good with a great shower and very large room space (and the rooms are very quite). The bed was comfy (but the mattress firm, which we like). The staff were great and flexible with our booking (we had to move our booking twice due to covid and they allowed this even though it was not in the conditions of the room - we are very thankful for that). We arrived early and they accommodated this also.

Not much to improve really, the breakfast could have been better in terms of the options and hot food. We would have liked complementary water in the room also.

This property is a former Cloister thus the rooms were the size of a large dorm room with 10’ ceilings and expansive window onto the courtyard parking We found it quiet with comfortable beds and space to spread out. The usual European breakfast was a wonderful buffet with excellent breads, fruits, meats and cheeses. This property to just off the river a few blocks in a neighborhood with nice restaurants, many with outdoor seating. The staff assisted with our travel plans with a breakfast to go.

It could use a little more night security lighting.

I went to Prague to arrange a couple of things - I live in Germany. I liked the location as it was close to all places where I needed to go. And I could park just in front of the hotel while being really in the centre of Prague.

Konviktska seems to be a busy street when it comes to nightlife. There are a couple of bars there and as it was hot, people tended to stay out, drinking, talking loud, shouting. It's ok with the windows closed, then one cannot hear anything. With the windows open, however, it's rather noisy.
