Customer service was excellent. Rooms were neat and clean. High ceilings in the room we had. Comfortable bed and pillows. Overall, I don't know if I'd call it a 5 star hotel. Not that there are any obvious issues, but 5-stars I've been to are quite extra. Definitely a strong 4-star though. That said, customer service was an easy 5-star service. Everyone was friendly and helpful with good attitudes.

More of a concern, because I don't know the full details. But after using the mugs and having Housekeeping come, the same mugs were present in the room. Seemingly clean now, but unsure of how they were cleaned? The fact that they're the same ones (identified by the imperfection each mug had) makes me worry it was just wiped down with a rag and not properly sanitized with dish detergent...but maybe they keep those with them and do it in the bathroom sink or something? Seems unlikely. Bath tub/shower was of the type that are quite high off the ground. Could be difficult for some to get in and out of safely.

The location was fantastic, the bed was very comfy, and the wifi was great as well. The stuff was super helpful too, they helped us very kindly with all our requests.

The room was a bit noisy. We expected to hear the traffic anyway, but it was bit louder than we thought (both traffic and people partying in the street).

Location was amazing. It really blew me away how close everything was walking from the hotel as well as the access to the tram. We were able to get a solid experience of just about everything there was to do in Prague from this location.

The rooms were a tad small but when looking at the value of what your paying for they were right in line with what you would expect.

close location to main square, Jewish quarter and other sights like the river (within ten minutes walk). Breakfast was amazing and looked forward to it every day. A real selection of hot, cold and sweet choices with lots of healthy fruit and other options. staff were great and tried to help- very polite. felt like luxury and the entrance was definitely nicer than other bigger chains like the Ramada. very secure as nobody could get in main entrance without a card. corridors very quiet and no stag or hen parties.

some bits of maintenance could be done. the tv wasnt working when we got there and nobody could help until the maintenance man got there the next day but it was sorted then. We couldn’t get the room to cool down until we realised that two of the squashy buttons on the control panel had fallen off. I managed to get it working with a toothpick but even then it wouldn’t cool the room so we turned the whole thing off which slowly cooled down the room. this might be a problem in the summer. our room had a tram line running past it which might annoy some people but we got used to it. if you want it quiet, make sure you ask for a higher floor and a room on the side.

My room was upgraded on arrival, and we ended up in a Deluxe Double. These rooms are on the top floor with gorgeous exposed wooden beams, and lots of windows for natural light. The room was stylish, well-appointed, and very comfortable. We didn't have a lot of interaction with the staff, but we never had to wait for anything at the front desk, and always got what we needed, with a smile. On the top floor, we were high enough up to not be bothered by noise, but your milage may vary on lower floors.

It seemed like they had installed motion-sensitive lights in the fourth floor hallway that were quite sensitive. The lights turned off on us a couple of times when we were waiting for the elevator! This hotel is right in the tourist-focused section of town. It was our first time in the city, so that was fine for this trip, but next time I think I might look for something in a bit of a quieter neighborhood.

Early check in and late check out was really lovely. Very nice staff. We got a very large corner room with many windows which was nice for a family of 3.

internett in the room did not work well. We asked for recomendations to eat dinner and in the morning for breakfast - both times we did not get good recomendations. We later found out that there are excellent cafees and restaurants very close. A good hotel should have a list with the best places to eat in every category - in particular in a city like Prague that is so touristy that many places are very mediocre and its hard to orient yourself. I really expect this service from a good 4 or 5 star hotel.

We had a great experience at the hotel. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, going above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. They even gave us a free upgrade which was a pleasant surprise. The breakfast was good, with a wide variety of options to choose from. The quality of the food exceeded my expectations. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The staff and amenities truly made our experience unforgettable.

Staffs are very cooperative. Clean and big room on heart of Prague with walking distance to most of attractions. Breakfast is excellent and waiters are professional . I would like to thank receptionist Kristina for orientation and she was initiative to call an agency for us after having obstacles to call them. Room service is outstanding to extent themself noticed that we only using still water for drinking and they provided bottle without asking.

The location of the hotel is excellent, everything we wanted to see was within walking distance. Our room was ideal, very clean, we had a lovely powerful shower, the beds were really comfortable. The room was very quiet overnight. We had a disabled friendly room, and it was excellent for our needs. Tea and coffee making facilities, very useful. We really enjoyed our stay, we would definitely stay at Hotel Thalia again.

We had twin beds pushed together, and would have preferred a double, however this is only a small niggle and would absolutely not put us off staying here again.

Very nice location; very close to the river... Also short walking distance to the center of the old town but without the crowds. My room was very nice. I had a problem with the air-condition but they fixed it promptly. Very nice and friendly staff. I did not have the breakfast so cannot comment on that. Overall, I am very pleased and I would stay here again.

I would have preferred to be able to control the room temperature from my room myself. But overall it was fine.
