Very cosy hotel, especially for those who want a romantic gateway! a must book for Valentine Day:) amazing attention to details, a Michelin level food quality, very good Spa, especially the salt room, after suffering from Covid we found the Salt Room very helpfull for improving our breathing! Thank you everyone!

Incredible location and really nice room. The upgrades and little touches including the iPad controlled room and the champagne upon checkin and arrival were really awesome. Comfortable bed and theme hotel was awesome.

The property and the room with the jacuzzi tub and electronic features was great! The staff was amazing! While the AC wasn’t as cold as I am use to the staff was very helpful and accommodating. They gave me a bedside fan that helped out tremendously. I really appreciated their help and patience with me. The bar/restaurant had some good breakfast options and were fine with me asking for a small bucket of ice occasionally :). It was our 21st anniversary and they were able to prepare the room with rose petals on the bed and a bucket of cold champagne, with a cost of course. It was a nice option to have. The location was right near two metro stations. As with most areas there were plenty of restaurants and bakeries within walking distance. We also booked time at the spa and for a couples massage. The spa was quite nice and the staff there was also very friendly and helpful. This worked out amazing after several days of walking and exploring the sites. Overall, if you want a comfortable stay with an overall amazing staff, friendly to non-French speaking travelers, I cannot recommend this place more.

It’s not immediately convenient to all of the sites but if you are adventurous enough it’s perfectly fine. With the Metro right by and using the local G7 taxi service, everything was easily within reach and we never felt unsafe.

We loved everything. The hotel smelt amazing when you walked in, the room was exactly as the pictures, staff were so helpful. We got back to the hotel late one night and the bar was shut, but the receptionist still gave us access to the bar and brought it upstairs for us in an ice bucket.

When we stayed here, room service was unavailable after 2:30pm which was unfortunate as we like to get stuff late evening

This hotel is beautiful & very exclusive! the fact the hotel only has 25 odd rooms makes it even more perfect, the staff were amazing and catered to every need. The room was stunning we had our own private hot tub & swing. we also had the opportunity to use the spa exclusively during the night, we had private access from 11:30pm - 1:30am! we have never used a spa privately let alone in the night time, what an amazing experience. Oh and the food was amazing also! loved the breakfast. To sum it up we will be back again!!!

Beautiful rooms, very personal feel to the whole experience, mini bar in room was excellent and champagne on arrival was a lovely touch. Bed was extremely comfortable. The price allows for some nit picking so I will list the negatives below but it did not hinder our stay at all. Tristan was super friendly and a great help overall.

The negatives are almost not worth mentioning but I think the high price paid for the room does allow for them to be mentioned. The hotel itself was a little bit out of the way and didn’t feel overly safe at night when returning. The hotel restaurant and bar was not busy and had little to no atmosphere so we didn’t hang around the hotel much even though we did plan on doing so. On arrival a few things were already used in the mini bar so we had to inform reception. The jacuzzi bath was so extremely hot you have to plan to run it and use it later. There are some great technology points on the iPad but I think the ‘aromas’ in our room had ran out as we did not get any scents that we could tell.

great rooms, very comfortable and charming with a lot of new technology incorporated. everything in the room was controlled via a dedicated iPad. I was able to arrange a surprise for my wife upon our return from the opera on our first night. the staff covered the room in rose petals, left us a bottle of champagne as well as a box of ‘intimate accessories’. it was… I think I had a good chance of scoring regardless, but this one was more of a golazzo if you catch my drift. concierge was also excellent, unfortunately they did make an error and forgot to book or early morning taxi on the day of our departure. it was a little inconvenient and stressful as we had to wait longer for a taxi to be ordered for us.

location isn’t the best depending on what you are hoping to do and see. ended up using a lot of taxis so that kind of added up. it was also a little close to a bit of the seedy area, lots of unrefined skin clubs. if that’s your thing then great, but I believe there are more tasteful clubs in the other areas of town. we had a tour guide comment on it as well saying that it was one area that wasn’t so charming. we had just a light meal at the restaurant. it was okay, but nothing special. definitely would recommend eating at other establishments.

Lovely hotel! Great location, great staff, the rooms are amazing and technological. Probably the coolest hotel I ever stayed. There was a minor technical problem in the room on the second day and I communicated the staff when I was going out to do some sightseeing. Before we got back to the hotel the staff called me and said they were upgrading us to another room, as they needed some more time to fix the problem. We spent our last night on a even greater room then, with a terrace and 2 jacuzzis (in the bathroom and terrace). Fantastic, hope we can come back in the future!

The staff were amazing and very friendly, technology is very well used and the room is following full smart system, they took care of all the details and im really happy with the experience, would definitely come back here and i recommend the place for anyone comming to paris

what an absolutely beautiful hotel! Starting with the location, couldn’t ask for a better location. Close to everything yet also peaceful enough to be so comfortable. Lovely number of cafe’s, bakeries and shops within few minutes walking distance. The hotel itself is phenomenal, very deserving of it’s 5 star rating. Although not very big, it is the perfect size to get the best experience and personal touch of hospitality from all the staff. The staff are all absolutely wonderful and so extremely helpful. Rooms are superbly clean, spacious, and comfortable, with extremely high tech functionality. The jacuzzi in the room is the perfect touch! The spa facilities are so good that we had to use them for a second time after experiencing it the first time. I will not hesitate to book this hotel on any of my future Paris stays! Thank you to everyone.
