The staff was amazing. The checkin process was so easy and the clerk was very helpful. We had a little problem with the air conditioning controls and one call to the front desk and it was immediately fixed. The room was smaller than we expected but normal for Paris. The king sized bed was a plus. The location was great - I would stay here again🇫🇷♥️
Would have liked to have a water bottle in the room or at the front desk for purchase.

The staff were excellent. No matter what staff member they always greeted you with a smile. Nothing was an issue. Central location and easy to move around the city seeing all the sights.
The room was small. The first room we were given was a box. For the money we were paying I felt the room was too small for 2 people to live for a week. Spoke with the staff and they moved us to another room with no issues. The room was still smaller than expected for what we paid however was better than the first room.

The location is superb! The hotel is very modern, check in and all room controls are done via computers.
The rooms are so tiny. The bed is attached the window and the walls so you can’t walk around it. The one sleeping on window side has to jump over the other person to get up. And the sink is inside the room not in the bathroom.

Location is superb just off Champs Elyseese great roof bar with view of Eiffel Tower. Rooms are small but bed is very comfortable and room is so quiet (take courtside room).
Bathroom is weird the door hits the toilet but this was fixed after 1 night. Play music if you are in the loo aswell - the sink is in the room which is also a bit strange. Bar service not great and it closes at 11 which makes no sense.

Amazing location, easy metro access right on the champs élysée. Room was clean and terraces / living room were fantastic. Staff couldn’t have been nicer, truly great service
