Bradford Elysées - Astotel

This hotel is beautiful and located in a very nice neighborhood with a lot of restaurants, shopping stores and even a market just a few steps from the hotel. Our room was very comfortable, spacious, and clean. The breakfast was fantastic with a lot of choices, but the best thing is that they have beverages and sweet cakes or pastries for their guests with no charge at all. That is an amazing plus! We will definitely come back to this hotel our next time in Paris.

The only thing was the shower....the half door shower doesn't really help very much. Big mess with the water splashing all over the bathroom.

Everything was just perfect !! A beautiful hotel with the Mist amazing personnel !! Best location !! Caring and warm making me feel at home ! The breakfast was perfect !! The high tea buffet ftom 2 pm to 2am us simply extraordinary !! I’m more than impressed .. grateful and extremely happy!! Thank you bradford Elysee for the mist beautiful , warm , caring … making one feel … me feel I’m home ! My room was simply beautiful ! Clean warm and in the quiet of the early mir ing when I open the curtains .. i feel transported in a Paris at its mist charming !! Thank you to all thank you Bradford Elysee !! Ohh god how can i start ! We checked in the hotel within 2 minutes and Lindy who was at the reception desk breifed us about the hotel facilities from A to Z . Very good money value . Breakfast is very delicious with amazing french pastries. This hotel offers free snacks and coffee everyday between 2pm and 12 midnight which is very refreshing after a very long day in paris ! Location is amazing and very close to champs elysees within walking distance of 2 mins . Metro stations very close and accessible to all attractions. I really appreciate the hotel staff who treated us very well during our stay , Lindy and Nesreen who are at the reception desk including breakfast waiter laurent were outstanding ! I wish all of them the best luck ! This hotel is the best hotel in paris withour any doubt!!

Very friendly helpful reception staff. Exceptionally friendly helpful breakfast staff, especially Nirosha who one day brought to breakfast a lemon drizzle cake she had baked herself! The staff are very invested the reputation of their hotel and take a pride in doing all they can to enhance its reputation. The decor in public areas and rooms is lovely. Exceptionally clean.Loved the old style cage type elevator! Excellent breakfast with lots of choices, constantly replenished. There is an ‘honesty bar’ where you serve your own alcoholic drinks and self fill a form for payment. Refreshing in this cynical age! Best feature was the facility of the breakfast room open from 2pm til 2 am for guests to help themselves to cakes/ buns/ snacks as well as tea/ coffee/ soft drinks free of charge . Also can do the same as all the Astotel sisters hotels. We had a very pleasant stay in this friendly centrally located hotel and would definitely come back

Can’t think of anything

Everything was perfect. We stayed for 3 nights and were impressed by the attention to detail, helpfulness, and friendliness of all the staff. The room was very big - especially vs such a central location and nornal standards for Paris. We even had a balcony! Room cleaning was perfect every day. We liked that there were free hot drinks and cakes in the dining area downstairs the whole afternoon! Overall, the hotel had a lot of personality/charm and felt very comfortable.

room was big and clean . perfect for our group of 3. lots of room for our grandson to play. I had asked for a tub and balcony and got it ! Wish they would have confirmed when I booked though because i worried the whole time until I got there.

perfect balcony but no chairs to sit on the balcony. We sat on the ground and had our tea in the morning. The breakfast in the morning was not 4 star expected - cold pancakes, warm juice, asked for more milk for grandson's cereal - never came. great spread but not at the right temperature

From the moment we stepped into the hotel, we were made to feel extremely welcome. The staff were friendly and attentive at all times, the rooms were beautiful and the breakfast was excellent. Furthermore, we were just a few minutes' walk from the Champs Elysées and were able to walk to most of the attractions. We were extremely pleased with the accommodation and my daughter actually cried when we entered the room; she thought it was beautiful.

Location of the hotel is very good. Quiet street, nice view from the balcony. Rooms are specious enough (we booked family room), rooms are clean, especially bathrooms.

First of all, breakfast is very poor. Price is 12 euro, but I believe guests are ready to pay more, but have a proper choice. Secondly, audibility is horrible. I wake up early with 2 kids, but if you are planning to sleep bit longer it will not happen. Staff is little bit indifferent. We had stayed for 8 nights and at the very beginning I asked to clean up clog in my bathroom. It had never happened. I asked twice with no result. Hotel has no Restorant on a side, so you will have no chance to have dinner.

The location of the hotel was perfect, just a 20 minute walk to the major museums and attractions.. Our room was on the 6th floor, so it had these incredibly charming eaves and windows that made the rain so cozy. The hotel also provides snacks, tea, coffee from 1400-0200, which was lovely. It was great to have a cup of tea and snack in the later afternoon.

The window stile around the window eaves were covered in fairly thick dust. But this was a minor complaint. Otherwise the hotel was great, and we loved our stay.
